Has nice pool and hotub . Hotel was great for relaxing . Good cable , fast internet and spacoius room with nice tub

Hallways have bad odor, room smelled musty, stained carpet and chair in room, shower was nasty, roach on floor in main lobby, employees touching food with bare hands at breakfast and was unfriendly, hot tub closed, key cards barely worked. Would NOT recommend.

The room we stayed in was super clean! Pool area was nice and right outside our door. Had a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. We stayed 3 nights and one of the nights the cleaning ladies even came in and gave us new towels and picked up! The front desk was great and the brick oven pizza was seriously the best I've had! Breakfast was different all days we stayed but had scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, corned beef hash, oj, milk and coffee available all included with your stay! My only complaint would be the bartender was seriously horrible and completely scattered. Probably would of stayed at the bar longer and spent more money there instead of down the street at a different bar. Oh and don't judge a book by its cover with this one the outside needs alittle updating! All an all it was a good stay and deserves 5 stars!

There is a nice swimming area, whirl pool, sauna, and fun games for the kids. Ping pong, pool, checkers. The regular rooms were a bit musty. The bigger rooms with the jacuzzi tub and big screen tv, were a lot nicer. 🙂 Staff was polite and helpful.

Staff was nice, nothing about this review is their fault. We tried to check in at 1pm, told we'd have a room in a few hours. We came back around 8pm and still no room ready. They gave us a 5$ coupon to their restaurant for the inconvenience but I honestly wanted to leave. For 130$ a night this place needs to be updated, CLEANED better (there was vomit in the toilet when we arrived) and have more staff. The front desk clerks were working their best but with limited staff things were chaotic. The owners need to step in & do some MAJOR renovations/updates.

This place is disgusting!!! I had to stay in the Alpine Hotel for a training my job sent me to. I had already read the reviews and they were horrible! So believe the reviews!! There was hair all over my floor. I advised the front desk of the floor and they had it cleaned. BUT NOT FULLY CLEANED!! I went back to my room and checked the floors they were okay, but when getting ready for bed I saw this nastiness in the corner next to my bed!! Not to mention the phone on the table looked like it had not been sanitized since 1978! And the corners were full of Cobb Webs!! They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!

If u want a super cheap place to rest your head this is it, they will make sure to inform you that if you smoke in your room there will be a $170 charge, The bathrooms are super cramped and you can't get to the shower when the door is open (at least in my room), the staff at least the lady who checks you in obviously hates her job. They set out the waffle iron "just to make it look good"(as she said to the person she was training) but there was no waffle batter and another day proceeded to ask one of my co workers if he would like her to make something, but she couldn't promise it would be good, so don't plan to much on a good breakfast unless u want cool milk, half a thing of oj and some muffins, the pool area has a lot of potential but is severely run down, the pool states 5ft but is MAYBE 4ft, the hot tub is just warm bath water and the bubbles are on your feet rather than back so it's pretty disappointing, didn't check out the sauna but I heard it's ok, don't plan for a fridge to be in your room or even a microwave (though you will get a coffee pot) because it's "just the luck of the draw if you get one", or at least that's what they had told me. The only plus side was how nice the house keepers are (LITERALLY THE ONLY THING.) Hopefully this helps you in picking a hotel, I did not have a very good experience there myself but if you stay hopefully it's better for you.

It was nice that the hotel was by everything in downtown Gaylord. Was only here one night. Staff was helpful as I forgot my key in my room and they got me another one. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were a plus. They were remodeling it looks like, but there was stuff and looked like ceiling stuff all over the floor. Bathtub was NOT the best. Definitely needed a good scrub down. As well as the floors in the room, I could feel dirt on my feet.

Place smells like cigarettes and the rooms were a bit pricey. Possibly could have better cleanliness at a roach motel. Also the middle area with pool table and ping pong area was run down to be kind. The restaurant in this place has great pizza.

This place deserves zero stars! Checked in late last night. Walked down the hall. The ceiling was leaking and had mushrooms growing! I went to our room and checked the beds, Sure enough there were bed bugs! I always check hotel beds from a previous experience at a different hotel. I went to the front desk with one, the guy was telling me it wasn't a bed bug. Which it clearly was! Anyways we got our money back and left! Do NOT stay here!
