Sliding glass doors on bottom level rooms that walk out to the pool. Staff is very nice. Nice area.

If I could give a half a star, I would. First a for most, the shower has no pressure and the bed is way to soft, the refrigerator door won't close and to top it all off The fire alarm is chirping. The best thing is no one is coming fix them. GOOD LUCK!!!

I've stayed here a few times a year over the last decade. The rooms are always nice and clean and the staff is always great. The continental breakfast isn't bad. They also always have snacks, like cookies or popcorn. Coffee is available 24hrs a day for us workaholics and it's pretty good.

We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights during hurricane Irma. The staff went beyond and above keeping everyone calm during the multitude of phone calls every second from people looking for a room to stay. Upon arrival the Executive Housekeeper Stacey Kyger met our cars and started helping us unload everything we didnt want to lose in the hurricane. She was exceptional!!
Heather Davis the General Manager went above and beyond in helping managing any room that suddenly became available during this dire time of many seeking shelter. She was amazing, even working past exhaustion on the many days this hotel was sold out. Best place around, clean comfortably with a great breakfast!!

Hotel was nice, pretty basic but worth it for a night or two. Nothing amazingly special but also nothing that will turn you off. Worth the price. Wedding was beautiful!

This place has been wonderful! The staff is so friendly and front desk and housekeeping are going the extra mile to make all of us and our pets seeking refuge from the wrath of Irma, feel comfortable and more at ease. They waived the pet fee and have set up an area of pee pads for pets use when the storm truly kicks in. Also, complimentary breakfast this morning, was awesome and our accommodations, impressive. We are so very appreciative!

The hotel was beautiful. We absolutely loved our way here. The room was gorgeous and so spacious. The lobby was so pretty good good. The bathroom was a gorgeous. I absolutely love the shower. The beds were you comfortable and smelled very nice. I had a really good morning. Loved it how spacious it was for my family of five. Definetly worth giving 5 stars. Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one to stay in Clearwater.

Very nice place and even had old school "poolside" rooms with a walkout sliding glass door to a patio and the pool. So convenient! Loved this place. Front desk lady on 4/18 around 6 PM was super helpful, too!

Stayed here for work for a few nights - it's a clean, comfortable and attractive hotel in a convenient central location. It's also near the St Pete airport and an easy drive to the beach. One of the best restaurants in the area (Cafe Pont) is adjacent to the hotel.

I was in 126. There were bedbugs on the sheets. I spoke to the manager on duty (who came to the room and saw them), she immediately moved me to a king suite and very apologetic. By then the damage was done. Words of advice.always check your hotel beds thoroughly, better yet, stay home!
