The experience was terrible. I was down here for a football event for 3 days and the pool wasn't working. They told us the pool needed chlorine and 2 days later, pool is still out if order. The service wasn't very friendly. Ate at the restaurant/bar inside this hotel with a group of people and KIDS and we were greeted by 3 police officers asking for our i.d. as if we did something. Or didn't pay to stay at this hotel, eat at this hotel and to enjoy this hotel we came down here for a little league football event, that the hotel was hosting and they treated us like criminals and didn't have the amenities available to use.. I have never ever been treated as such and i will never visit this hotel again EVER.

Great facility, clean, very friendly and helpful staff! Very impressed. Only problem, the main entrance has been moved from the front to the rear of the building. This may have been a recent change, but a sign posted at the door would help.

My dad stayed here while he visited me. He really enjoyed his time. His room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is updated with a nice shower. The price is really good in comparison to other hotels around. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel started off great, clean, good service and overall really nice but now that we are home 2 days later noticed we were charged another $300!!!!!!! When we called the hotel they refused to give money back saying it was authorized charges!!!! Better get out of hear with that B.S.! Best believe we will NEVER stay in this place again and we definitely let all our friends who travel know about this scam as well!!!! Very upset and disappointed! Shame on you Holiday Inn

A truly great hotel. It's surprising that it's a Holiday Inn Definitely is the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I am very picky about the bed They were clean and comfortable. I loved the different options for pillows.

Loved this hotel! I myself am in the customer service industry so I can be critical at times and I was very pleased with this hotel. Great rooms, comfortable, and very friendly staff. Brandi at the restaurant was wonderful when I had breakfast and Victor at the front desk was outstanding. I had left something behind very dear to me and with Victor assistance will have it mailed back to me. I felt like they really care here in all aspects. Great job guys.

Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel has been beautifully updated and they have enclosed what was previously their outdoor pool. It was a little cloudy two of the 7 days we were there but it looked clean. The pool was also warm. The rooms are super clean and so is the rest of the hotel. We loved the food from the hotel and the prices were very reasonable for the convinience. The staff at the restaurant was amazing and sooo friendly to my children, Specially Wendy.
The price of the hotel seems reasonabke for the type of accommodations they offer.
Our only bad experience was in the bathroom. The bathtub was SLICK and I told my family to be careful our first night. My child and I were but my husband was not and he fell on his behind while showering. He just got a black and blue on his behind and I'm sure got his pride a little hurt. We reported this to the staff and they promptly provided a bath mat. I wish one had been there but to us, personally, it was no big deal.
We would definitely return if we ever return to the Belden Village area!!response / report this review -

Everything is great, exactly what you expect from a holiday inn. Comfy beds, breakfast buffet, nice restaurant on site. I would recommend.

Went through double digit key cards because they wouldn't work.toilet wouldn't flush.TV remote hardly worked.the place had been remodeled since last year. the bar was a nice addition but i felt like we got the worst room in the whole place. Staff is friendly. Still on the fence about staying there next year

I went with my wife and a co-worker for happy hour drinks. The food was good but the service was a bit off. Seemed like a miscommunication between managers and staff. Nothing major though. They did have great knowledge of the beers.

They have been so accommodating. I was a chaperone for a young adult leadership event and we were all staying at this hotel. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so willing to help in any way. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Hotel is very nice with lots of room for us to hang out communally. Will definitely be coming back.
