We stayed in a large suite that was warm and well equipped. It did feel a bit commercial though, ie low pile carpet, hard couch, standard "hotelish" tub and shower. If I was staying a longer time, I might have opted for an upgrade. For the short while I was there, it did the trick. Breakfast wss included and was very well executed.

Floor in room was not clean, fold out mattress was disgustingly dirty.
Bed was decently comfortable.
I've stayed here several times over the last 5 years and it seems to be going slightly downhill.

I'm taking a water aerobics class at the hotel. The pool was small but nice and clean. The lobby was updated and clean as well. There was also coffee available and a nice sitting area.

Guest services was super accommodating. They switched us to our new room with out issue. Reservations were without issue as well. They exceeded our expectations for breakfast.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 4 children and were put into room 301. The room was large which was nice. The problem was that the room was fixated at 79 degrees, on a very humid day, 20 minutes after we had lowered the thermostat. We went to the pool to give the front desk and possibly the air conditioning time to start working\ build up cool air in the room. After about an hour at the pool, with damp skin from swimming, our room was still uncomfortable. The temperature didn't change at all. We contacted the front desk: there were no compatible rooms and we could check out and get a full refund. What if we had

If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would!
Disgusting experience! My husband and I drove overnight 14 hours away to spend the holidays with family. We got in at about 8 am and the room was ready. We we're thinking great! This is going to be an awesome stay! Our room is already ready. We get into the room set up all the baby's things (we have a 9 month old that crawls) and I get ready to get in the shower. My husband asked me if I gave the baby an orange. I told him no I did not. He said "Wow there is an orange peeled up under this bed". Mind you we didn't go looking under the beds, we could see under from the bathroom. I figured alright, it happens, the room looks fairly clean. So we throw it away and I hop in the shower with the baby. While in the shower, I look up and there is mold caked ALL over the walls and ceiling. I told my husband I couldn't do it and it was a health risk, especially for the baby. So they promptly move us. Barely apologized or offered us anything for the issue. Now a few days later at 4 in the morning we get woken up by a STRONG cigarette smoke smell. Almost as if someone is smoking in our room. My husband goes to the front desk to complain and they guy is completely out of hand and says "All of a sudden you smell smoke at 4 in the morning? The only thing I can do is move you."
We didn't expect this place to be a 5 star hotel but we never would have thought the customer service would be this aweful and the hotel would be this disgusting. We've stayed here in the past with two large dogs and it was not like this at all!
If you have the option DO NOT stay here!

Excellent quality hotel. The room was spacious and included a number of amenities such as a full sized refrigerator and microwave.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom has lots of space (for a hotel). Staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel provides an above average free breakfast too.

Minus one star because the hallways and elevator smelled dank
