This holiday Inn hotel is the ones on the lower side of nice. Rooms are ok nothing over the top. The biggest plus is location. Close to a few restaurants in walking distance. For a better feel for your money, check into the Hampton inn next door. 4 stars hands down.

Mattresses are firm, Italian style. No extra blankets or pillows provided. The rooms are not well insulated for sounds. The air controls appear to display the wrong temperature, off by around 5 degrees or more in our room. Other than that, it is a fine place to stay.

Stayed one night the room was clean they let me try the bed out short people cannot get up on high beds in a handycap room. Sheets were very soft. Staff was very nice

AWESOME VISIT ON NEW YEARS EVE
I STOPPED STAYING AT THIS LOCATION FOR A LONG TIME DUE TO THE STAFF BUT DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. AND I AM GLAD I DID! THE STAFF THERE NOW IS EXCELLENT! FROM THE FRONT DESK STAFF, TO THE MANAGER TO THE BARTENDER! THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY STAY A GOOD ONE! I WILL BE STAYING MORE FREQUENTLY NOW. Allyson was extremely helpful in getting us checked in for a two night stay. Every thing was pleasant and as can be expected from a Holiday Inn. A few minor issues: One of the queen beds was a bit saggy; and the thermostat didn't quite work like I thought it would. Turning the temperature up would often cause it to blow cold air. Overall a pleasant experience though

Great so far, clean ,pretty and wonderful bed with good linens, Keurig coffee machine and Blackout Window Shades ! A very nice place. I would highly recommend it, just make sure you're not on the same floor as a wedding party, and get proper directions ahead of time. GPS is very difficult to use at times in this area.

Clean hotel with clean rooms. We did have to move rooms due to a storm and a leak. They handled the issue very professionally. We did have to call down for towels and toilet paper and received it after 2 calls and am hour wait. Internet worked well and I appreciated the printer that was available.

Just stayed here this weekend for our wedding and had a LOT of guests staying at the hotel. They were so helpful and patient with us-especially at after hours! Thank you to Nisha who was working Saturday night. She was very sweet and accommodating. Thanks again!

I got married over the weekend and stayed in the bridal or honeymoon suite, with Jacuzzi. The stay was fantastic, but what really made it outstanding was the manager, Andrew. He was so accommodating and really made us feel like we were the only ones staying there. But it wasn't like he gave us the only special attention, as I heard him over the phone and speaking with other customers with the same amount of care and helpfulness. He really made the experience that much better. He also gave us an incredible rate for the room. Thanks so much! Will definitely stay here again.

My stay at this location was great. I had previously booked with another hotel a month in advance. I checked in only to turn around and check out. I checked in to Holiday Inn Aurora last minute with my family and they took care us. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable, specially since I didn't book in advance. The location is fantastic too. There were several places we could eat, have coffee and go shopping for last minute toiletries. Hwy 88 was conveniently located down the street too. Next time I visit my family I will definitely stay here.

Conveniently located near 88 for quick access to Chicago and the airport. Friendly staff were flexible and helpful in accommodating our family's request for room placements. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Only big complaint.. Only had sheer window curtains, made worse because our room faced the back parking lot, where there were bright street lamps that shone in all night.

Clean! Comfy, firm beds with down pillows and soft sheets. Everything down to the coconut lime bath and body Works shampoo felt hand picked. Wonderful

Was refused a 1 hour late check out time while reserving a room. So I left. Hampton Inn gave me the hour without any problems. They're a block away and the room was $125. Much cheaper than this rip off place.

Awesome service from very courteous and professional associates. Rooms are very comfortable and full of amenities such as tv, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Could have used a couch or chairs possibly a coffee table.

Friendly staff possibly could have used more help at the front desk at check in and at breakfast.
