Stayed Nov 30- Dec 4. Loved this place! Staff extremely helpful and so nice and pleasant. Clean facility. Very quiet area and good variety of breakfast food. Jill Compton was very accomdating when I called ahead about handicap accessible bathroom. Yes, will definitely stay again.

So enjoyed our time there this past weekend. The day manager help me with allowing me to use a hand shovel of his during the day. The night manager Mark, was so very friendly and was there to please us always with what ever we needed. Thank you Mark!

Great hotel. Staff always greets you and asks if there's anything they can do. Clean rooms and lots of extras on property. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through or close. Little bit off of 70 but nice drive and well worth it.

A few friends and I stayed in this hotel on our way to see the solar eclipse. It's such a wonderful hotel! The staff was amazingly helpful, and we actually ended up staying an extra night because it was so nice. The breakfast selection was great, the pool was clean and a good temperature, and the room was really comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming through Southern Illinois, and I'd stay at any of their other hotels in the chain if they're as nice as this one.

The staff were very accommodating, even let us put our luggage in our room before check in. Rooms were clean and nice and for the price you can't beat it. I would definitely stay here again.

We were going to make reservations, but they did not allow early check in!! What even if we paid! So okay well I called and asked a gentleman named David if we showed up yo rent a room if any available could we check in.. his response well check in is not until 3pm so wait your a hotel people can come to to just rent a room?? Now this is no major city a week day so I can only assume the hotel is not booked even in Chicago hotels do not book that way unless there is some type of large event. Needless to say we will be spending our money somewhere else when we get to the area. Poor customer service if you ask me.

The beds were great and the staff was pleasant. However, the in room coffee machine had not been cleaned, there was left over coffee from a spill all over the cups and tray and the hairdryer did not work.

This is a clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was good, you can get beer or wine at the desk, and the furnishings are nice. Great for a small-town place!
