Our stay was fantastic! Very clean room! Outstanding breakfast! So much variety!! Staff was very helpful. It was our first over night with 2 small dogs. They got treats. We couldnt have asked for anything more.

We spent an awesome 2 nights at the Ottawa Hampton Inn. The room was clean and modern. We have 2 small/medium dogs and the room with a King size bed was just the right size. The service was great, even better than other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Hot breakfast is always a plus. W would highly recommend to anyone, especially to those traveling with pets.

Good accomodations, with a pool area, free ice, and cookies. Very comfortable and large bed. They also allow pets which was a plus.

It was a nice friendly place. My only complaint was the bed was so low and too soft that I had a backache within an hour of trying to fall asleep. Everytime my husband moved, it felt like I was in a water bed.

Nice sizes room, clean and well maintained facilities. Few small problems like the bathroom drain not working well and couple breakfast items poorly cooked or missing. Overall it was a good experience.

Beds were comfy, nice location next to places to eat so we could just walk. Check out was noon which was perfect for our trip. Only issue was the refrigerator was loud when it would kick on.

This is a great place to stay at. When we come over for our reunion we stay here. Very clean rooms. The pool is great and so is the weight room. I highly recommend this place. The service desk people treat you like family.

Clean hotel, nice rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was fantastic: waffles, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, pastries, and so much more. The breakfast was fully stocked, even at 9am when we eate. You got your firm and soft pillows, so our bases are covered. I recommend this place.

Nice hotel that seemed either new or very well updated. The lady who checked us all in was very nice and gave us a warm welcome. Quality hotel in my opinion.

While unassuming from the outside, the hotel interior is modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Check in was very quick. The room was clean, complete with coffee maker, mini fridge, towels, and plenty of outlets. The bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast was really pretty good considering it was complimentary. Coffee, waffle bar, tea, cereal, omelets, and more. I'd gladly stay with this location again.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean, the beds are soft, and the staff is very friendly. The fitness center is very good as well. The equipment is well maintained and there's a nice variety of it. Complemantary cookies are served at the front desk and they're pretty tasty. There's also a very nice hot drink station in the lobby that is fun and accessible all day. The only real complaint is the noise. The walls are a little thin by the customer laundry room and people seem to like to do their laundry late at night. It can be hard to sleep. The doors are a little thin as well. You can hear the conversations people in the halls are having and it makes you wonder how well they can hear you. Other than that, though. It's very nice. I'd comment on the breakfast, but I haven't actually been down to their breakfast yet.
