Excellent property and outstanding management. We had an issue that needed prompt resolution so we called the general manager, Mr. Joe Tate. Mr. Tate promptly returned my phone call and was extremely professional and competent in dealing with the matter toward total resolution. We would definitely stay at this property. Kudos to the professional management!

Great motel. Friendly front desk staff. Newly remodeled with gorgeous decor. The onsite restaurant and bar, Kems, was convenient with good food and friendly staff. The mattresses were unbelievably comfortable. We slept like babies. We'd love to know the mattress brand so we can purchase one for our bed. That's how comfortable they were. We'll definitely stay there again on our next road trip that way.

Looks like a relatively newer please, or recently remodeled. Clean room, modern bathroom, large shower. Although maybe shower is needing some repair.
Bed was very comfortable to me, but my wife didn't. It is a bit tall.
Otherwise, overall it is better than many in the area.response / report this review -

I have stayed at Holiday Inn's because they consistently have great service, great food, and friendly staff. My wife and I are staying at a Holiday Inn in Augusta GA and with everything we have seen we would not stay here again. The main reason we stay here is because of their breakfast, and the food is fine, however I would like some cheese on my eggs. I have stayed at Holiday Inn's many times, and they have always either made cheesey egg's, or had cheese available. I was informed this morning that a small cup of cheese would be .50 cents. My question is, What Holiday Inn charges for cheese on their eggs. We are paying a premium to stay here. We are paying a premium for the full breakfast, so why are we paying another premium for cheese on our eggs.
We will not be staying here again. Nor will we be recommending this specific Holiday Inn to anyone we know.response / report this review -

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable but a little high to get into. Remote didn't work very well but that can be fixed.

Got here early for checkin and they would not get us into our room till after 1 when I was told I could early check in at noon. When I got here there was construction being done which I wasn't told and there website said nothing. So no pool and only one elevator that took forever to go up and down. We were here for a softball tournament so we had a ton of gear we could haul up and down stairs. Room service came to our door once, we were sleeping and said no thank you for the moment. Then they never came back. We had wet towels and no coffee in the room. Our key kept messing up and wouldn't work, that was fun after a long day at the ball field and after waiting on the elevator. I'm not sure what this hotel will be like after construction is done, but they should never have charged full price for this stay. I won't be staying here again.

Very pleasant stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect, hot spacious shower. Beds were comfortable as all possible beautiful renovations.. carpet was so soft.. they still had some renovations going on but this was a great hotel.. would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great except for the fact we were never able to take a hot shower during our 3 days stay.. lukewarm might even be an exaggeration.

I stay here occasionally when in the area. They are currently undergoing a remodel but the overall appearance in the lobby and rooms is already fairly decent. The staff is always top notch and I always enjoy my stay.
