Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, free breakfast and a heated pool are just a few reasons why this is a great place to stay.

My husband & I stumbled upon this gem while on our roadtrip honeymoon, absolutely fell in love w/ this place & the entire town of Carmel. Loved it SO much we stayed an extra night. We live in Huntington Beach, but I'd trade a year at our beach for a weekend on that white soft sand in a heartbeat. Our room was perfect & unique, all the staff & guests we spoke with were awesome. We can't wait to go back!!

这家宾馆有种族歧视。My parents don't speak English. They wanted to get a glass of orange for the breakfast in this morning. They tried to communicate with the waitress, but she just ignored them and showed no respect. I feel we have to become white to have her serve us with respect.

Very quaint from the outside but very modern hotel got all the amenities u require.
Walls paper thin rooms exceptionally modern clean wifi good.
Soft drink machine onsite free ice ice bucket coffee machine wine glasses 2 tumblers Bluetooth speaker system 2 put your phone on plenty of sockets.
Gteat terrace 2 take your wine up 2 watch the sunset get a bottle of wine in as its $8-10 a glass in bars resturants + tax then tip.
Breakfast is continental but its a bit of a free fall all not put out European style and your cramped into reception u do however have the option of taking it 2 your room.
Staff very freindy.
Word of warning when u go out eat late or go 2 a deli 2 bring food back u cant get anything 2 eat after 9pm.
1 bar open until 11.30 Hoffas across the road kitchen closes 9pm there as well.response / report this review -

Beautiful little hotel, amazing customer service, very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and have everything one could need. Location is perfect! Very close to everything in town, but also not in the middle of all of the foot traffic so it's nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. They have a pool and sauna, but we didn't take the time to check those out. Overall, very beautiful, clean, and friendly hotel close to everything.

The staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Nice pastries for the free breakfast, which you can take to your room (I preferred that!). We had a lovely surprise of chocolates when we got there, since it was our anniversary weekend. The bed, pillows, blankets etc. were all very comfortable and the location is just a couple of blocks from downtown Carmel. Would definitely visit again. =)

Adorable, funky, vintage hotel with great service. I go here once a year for a company event and love it. Gorgeous foliage. Clean pool. Great space inside of the rooms. Great local coffee. 👍

Stayed in a king cottage and loved it. Definitely worth the upgrade. Beautiful fireplaces and very quiet. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. We will be back.

I stayed here 2 nights with my sister and we had a great stay! The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was really good! The only negative were the thin walls, we could hear everything that it was going on on the room next to us :/ Other than that everything was great. Our check in was quick and the employee who was working at night was very friendly, he took time to give us all the information we needed and helped us with some questions about the road leading to Big sur!

This hotel had a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Top location. Super clean. Such a relief for a cozy getaway. The level of service is well above average and the rooms are well lit and well furnished.
