Absolutely terrible service and price misrepresentation. I called the Edmore location and asked some questions about a trailer and then drove one hour to buy it. When I got there, I was met by the laziest sales-person ever. Didn't care to help me at all - just said to walk around in the snow and see if I could find what I was looking for. I did, but then noticed the price on the trailer was $300 higher than the price on their own website. The sales-person said "you can't go by the website price, the owner puts the prices on the website, but they actually vary by location." Huh? Can't go by the owner's prices???? And actually, no, when I pulled the website back up, you can search trailers by location and the Edmore location had the exact trailer I wanted, but the website said it was $300 less than they would actually sell it to me for! Now you would think that a reputable company would just use their advertised price, right? Nope, they acted like I was the crazy one. I left and called Beck's trailer in St. John's. Talk about a 180 - the salesman there matched the price from USA's website, and texted me pictures of the unit within 10 minutes. When I pulled in the driveway to see it, he had it pulled up front with the snow pushed off and ready to go. Had the paperwork done in 20 minutes and was on my way. Save yourself some disappointment and shop elsewhere.

Zero star transaction!!! My friend Leroy (An Amish man) went there to buy a dump trailer. He had the cash, and they refused to sell him a trailer, because he didn't have a picture id. Well I guess you don't want any business from any of the Amish then. He will for sure make sure NOT to recommend your business to anyone else. Good thing your competitor had one in stock, so he didn't have to go home empty handed. Funny thing is, He used to recommend your business to others. NOT ANY MORE!!!!

Zero stars.
What a nightmare! Salesman suck. Dishonest pricing. Really really a terrible place to buy from.
I sat down with the sales person, gave a $500 cash deposit and attempted to order my custom dream trailer. Of course they lost all of the notes and paperwork from a 2 hour process of ordering and choosing options. Good thing I kept a copy.
Then they again lost my contact info to let me know my trailer came in. So a couple weeks of run-around on the phone, I stopped by in person, and my trailer was there in their lot. After arguing with the sales staff again, they brought the trailer out front to go over the final details.
Well they really screwed up on all the custom stuff and would not stand behind the trailer. I ordered screw less sides. Didn't get it. Ordered no side vents and a camper style, side door latch. Nope and nope. The electrical wires had been ran before the floor and pinched between. So they re-wired the entire trailer, and left the old wires dragging on the ground.
The interior build quality was junk. Nothing inside lined up. Large gaps in the boards.
Major fail for a custom made trailer! You guides suck! And I do let everybody know.response / report this review -

Throw away trailers. Good luck getting anything repaired properly under warranty.
They tack welding load bearing points, and butt weld high stress points. I know you can buy longer section of 3" box tube than 8', yet they butt weld 8' sections on a 16' trailer, and the weld lands right in front of the axle, where the hitch stops. Your asking for a trailer to be snapped in 2. idiots! Never again will I buy a trailer frome these guys. Complete junk. Any redneck back yard welder can do a better a job.
When I showed up to have them repair my landscape trailer under warranty, they refused to do it. They insisted that it had been over loaded. It had only hauled 2- 800# mowers, and is a #7,000 lb gvw.response / report this review -

They gave me a price on a pontoon trailer over the phone. When I got there they raise the price $100. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes watching three sales people laughing and carrying on. Before one approached me and asked what do you need. I find they were very extremely rude.

Incredible service and a refreshingly honest transaction. Got the best price as the first price. Will travel to get the rest of my trailers from here. No comparison to other trailer sales places in the area. Thanks! A+

No-one came out to help and when I went in and asked for help they said the prices are on the tongue. Go pick out the one you want. If you need help knowing what you need this is not the place
