I was here after Labor Day. Everything was closed but it is an interesting place. I plan to go back in Summer when it is open.
Fantastic if you like historical stuff. I loved it.
White Pines Historic Village is a wonderful example of how to learn about & experience history! Each of the exhibit buildings present an accurate & highly interesting glimpse into not only Michigan's diverse past, but the fascinating & vital history of the pioneering determination that carved out the communities and industries that made this part of the country unique. The village appeals to all ages; children love the hands on presentations, and adults will enjoy not only the wealth of information presented, but also the chance to reminisce while walking through the beautifully maintained park like grounds. What a treasure!
It was an interesting museum with interactive materials and audio tapes available on your phone. Fun for the whole family!!
Great place to learn about some pretty cool civil war history and see how things looked and were done back then.
Was a very good place to take your children they will love it
It was great to walk through here with my grandfather. It brought up many good memories for him. Cost is ten bucks. I highly recommend you check it out.
Nice place to learn and see some history. They had a few things to see but not as many as you may expect for paying 10 a person, young or old, to get in. The price seems really steep perhaps if they lowered it to half that cost people may feel better about visiting. Just a thought of course!!!
I remember going here as a child. So much fun.
