Good location, front desk staff is rude, valet guys are very friendly, food is ridiculously expensive and no breakfast included with your stay. But what really pissed me off is that I could not adjust the thermostat in my room! I woke up drenched in sweat each night during my stay because, in the winter, the heat just pumps into the room and I could not cut it off or turn the a/c on! They take the complimentary coffee service away at 8:30 am! Why? Why not have coffee all day or at least until noon?! Also, if you're not an honors member YOU DON'T GET COMPLIMENTARY WIFI!!! I can't believe a billion dollar hotel corporation like Hilton charges for wifi!! The Hilton honors program is a total scam and this hotel is weak.

We usually thoroughly enjoy a quick weekend away at Hilton Short Hills. While the hotel is still nice, the indoor pool relaxing and the staff rriendly and attentive, this weekend for the first time we had slight disappointment. The breakfast cold buffet has been changed to a small choice. Not a big deal but annoying to have to ask for or choose a bowl of cereal or a toasted bagel. Or a plate of fruit.
Other than that we enjoyed our weekend. We go here a few times a year just to get away and relax.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel. The handicap bathroom was very clean and easy to use. They put our toothpaste and toothbrush on a wash cloth. Very fancy.

Was able to check in an hour before expected time. Room was clean and well outfitted. Overall no problems with our stay. Would stay here again without question.

Nice hotel. Right across the street from a high class mall. Staff is hospitable. A little difficult for ride-sharing cars to get to.

Rooms are average fun the carpet point of view. Bed, other amenities are excellent. Meeting rooms are functional and convenient for the areas industry. Love the parking facilities which is both converted and open. Very professional and helpful staff.

Was a luxurious hotel. Fitness center, spa and pool facilities were very nice. Rooms were decorated well and overall I was a fan of the hotel.

The room is a bit outdated. The service is excellent. Free parking is great too. Executive lounge breakfast needs some more hot items. Executive lounge dinner needs some deserts.

Got a massage at the spa with my wife for mother's day and had a great experience. Very calm vibe and one of the better masseuses I've had. Getting to spend a little time by the indoor pool and hot tub afterwards wasn't so bad either! Would definitely go again for a special occasion.

My company is hosting a large event in the main ballroom and as a result I'm staying the night here at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The event space has been very attentive and professional.
