We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. We'll be back 😊
Rooms felt like we were in an older hotel though as we drove up it looked beautifl. All our stays have been in Hampton Suites so can only compare based on that. Free hot breakfasts at Hampton Suites were a treat. Here you pay. AC was quiet, staff was professional yet friendly. Sheets on beds were very scratchy. One bed softer, one bed quite hard. Hotel was quiet. But in morning the doors being shut as people were leaving sounded like someone dropping weights outside our door. Like a symphony of "crash".
Little things that make a difference to us.
Lobby was beautiful. Didn't see any elite diamond parking spaces. That would have been nice. Being recognized after many, many nights in hotels is very nice experience. Also receiving water was nice but Hampton gives Diamond members treats. Again a small thing. Also was not recognized as a Diamond by front desk staff, though was treated respectfully. Little things make a difference.
So you asked, I shared. Finally it felt like this hotel was from a different Hilton family. Just an impression after six months in quite a few Hampton properties.
I am a proud member of the Hilton family. I do have elite platinum status with choice hotels as well, but prefer the Hilton hotels.
Thank you for requesting my thoughts.
Certainly we didn't have a negative experience. All in all a positive one
Sorry for rambling on.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. The fitness center is roomy and well equipped. The restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was delicious. I ate breakfast and dinner there. The bar prices are reasonable. I only drink wine but enjoyed their selection.
We stay here at least twice a year when we come to town to see our daughter and grandchildren. This stay, we've been less than impressed. While being checked in, we were told that we would receive two free breakfasts OR points. We opted for the breakfast. It wasn't until we received a $30 check for breakfast that we were told we weren't eligible for either.
The room was clean, but they obviously had to make a repair in the bathroom that required removing some wallpaper. Instead of patching it, they left it partially removed then used staples (from a standard office stapler) to repair the hanging paper. Not impressive for a room we are paying almost $150 a night for.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The staff was courteous and polite, they attended to every request and need that I had. Overall the hotel was very clean and neat. My only criticism is that decorum, furniture and appliances were a bit dated as compared to more modern hotels.
Lobby is amazing, elegant, modern.
Great value on Saturday 1120.00 can't beat that. You can have dinner there and the pasta was better than Olive Garden. Very small indoor warm
Jacuzzi nice to relax. Coffee frog and microwave on the room, we stayed in 159 clean, modern cozy bed, flat screen TV, Neutrogena soaps. Very nicely put together. Next to all the mall shops restaurants and if you have kids Chucky cheese and miniature golf.
Right off the 15 Fwy, easy access.
We rented out the conference room for an event we were hosting. We loved it, the staff was helpful, the conference room was separated from the hotel (in the back - it's an entire building) , and had its own parking. It's across the street from the mall and very central to major shops for dining and entertainment. We also enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel over others that I've stayed at in the area. The staff were so helpful and nice. The hotel recently got all new mattresses. They are extremely comfortable and we slept very well in them. The breakfast was very good and you have so many choices to choose from. They have a very nice pool, spa room and fitness room. The pool is not heated, a little cold for my liking. I will be definitely be coming back to this hotel.
Stayed for two nights. Spacious rooms. Good transit hotel for people traveling along I-15. Has a restaurant that's open for breakfast as well as other amenities that larger hotels would have (pool, gym, small conference space). Its next to mini golf making this a great hotel for families in transit.
I guess there's different Hilton hotels. . this is an out of the way location. More of a stop off location. Really quite nice. The hotel is not expensive. 110 or so for a decent room that is clean, nice amenities and an adjustable softness bed. They have a work out room and pool, jacuzzi, etc. The restaurant is small and pretty well made food. The staff is friendly. We've been to this location 4 times in 3 years. Not a five star hotel, but more along the lines of a Best Western. .
Rooms clean. Wait staff very attentive. They went the extra mile to get me a quick breakfast.
The room was actually pretty decent. The bed was large enough to accommodate 2 people comfortably. The a/c was very cold (awesome, as it was 106 outside), and the shower had pretty good pressure. My only complaint was that the room was pretty much as far as possible from the centrally located elevators, which made a lot of noise and weren't smooth.
The staff was nice as well as the room. I arrived early and my room was ready, which was good. I would stay there again.
1st time around was great 2nd time around not good. Went there not more than a month after. Hotel 1st floor rooms were old and needed updating. Breakfast prices also went up from the last time. Kids were no longer free this time. We're is the consistency?
Arrived late in the evening and discovered the card server was down after several different guests and I tried to pay for our stay. Understandable, however the entire building felt rickety and the elevator I used screeched and groaned up the shaft the entire way. I checked the inspection tag and even though the tag was good for another eight months it probably came with several ignored recommendations from the inspector. The walls were thin enough that I could hear the conversation from patrons of some party in the conference building and I was on the fourth floor. Honestly, It comes across as Hilton coasting on the name they made and not really putting forth the effort anymore. It was my first stay in a Hilton and I recommend staying at somewhere else, if no reason other than cost.
