Accommodations were fine for our stay. Our room felt tidy, we had a king bed, and we were able to find parking. Free cookies and water downstairs and a coffee maker in the room. It was all we needed while we attended a nearby convention.

This hotel is great and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the Denver airport and they offer friendly shuttle service.
There are great places to eat near by and also at the hotel itself. I have stayed here many times and they remember me every time.response / report this review -

Stayed for a full week. Typical Hilton Garden Inn. Building is dated. Showing wear. Very nice staff. Dining room. Good buffet breakfast. Hot & fresh. Servers ALL very good. Attentive.
Location out of the way. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Next to hotel.response / report this review -

The rooms were fine, but the fact that we payed for our vehicle to stay in the parking lot while we were on a vacation just to come back and it no longer be there is ridiculous. We did the package where you pay to leave your vehicle there so it will hopefully still be there when you come back, but obviously they do not pay any attention to if that is the case and will just take your money anyways. After we realized our vehicle had been stolen, the people at the front desk were no help whatsoever and said they "looked through their security tapes" and said they had no idea what happened. The staff were clueless and did not seem surprised that our vehicle had just vanished. If you want to pay for your vehicle to be stolen, stay here. Otherwise, consider other options.

Just spent my first night here, and I love it ! The staff is very friendly, and the manager (Jesse) was willing to go above and beyond on a special request that I had. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, the hotel in general is in very nice condition. I will definitely stay here again, next time I come to Denver.

Very easy to locate. I arrived late in the evening and parking was limited. However, was able to find parking nearby. The staff was kind and professional. Enjoyed breakfast at their location.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly and even allowed me to check in a bit earlier than usual. Rooms was well cleaned and had a really pleasant smell to it.

Good hotel, hasn't been remodeled recently. Very helpful staff, especially at the restaurant. Price is good compared to nearby hotels around the airport.

Good customer service from the friendly staff. Great front desk crew. The rooms are clean. The hotel is starting to look a bit worn-out inside, like it's due for a remodel, but it's not bad. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall a good place to stay.

As an honors member I am disappointed in the service. Mainly utilized this hotel for the park and fly because they had a "24hr" shuttle service. My flights were delayed and I didn't get in till midnight. I had called earlier to make sure there would be a shuttle to pick me up. They said yes, one comes every thirty minutes. So I didn't make another plans of transport. First, I was given wrong directions for the waiting area of the shuttle and missed it the first time then the shuttle didn't come back for an hr and half. I called multiple times and they reassured me the shuttle was on the way. Everyone waiting with me chose to take a cab, like I should have. 2hrs later I was finally picked up. Checking in after a long day, I requested a late check out since it was almost 3am. They would only give me till 130pm and was told to call in the morning if I wanted later. I called and they told me they could only give me 1pm. That's not even later than the original late check out. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy but the guest service isn't great especially for airline customers. I will probably use holiday inn next time because their shuttle came 5 times while I was waiting.

I've had the most helpful and pleasant customer service I've had in years from your employees. I worked with your catering director Toni G. who continued to communicate and follow-up to confirm the details above and beyond the call of duty. Jessica at the front desk actually called me back to let me know the fax I thought didn't go through did. She then personally delivered it to my boss.

The rooms were clean. Had fun in the jacuzzi after hours. Breakfast was good too. They offer a convenient shuttle to the airport that runs every half hour.

Best Park & Fly
The Hotel is well cared for, spacious rooms & the Best Staff. Hilton Properties are our 1st choice. The Hotel has 2 nice outdoor areas to enjoy the 2 for 1 Cocktails they offer to guests. Allowing 15 Days Parking is a huge bonus, most area Lodging is 7, then a daily rate.response / report this review -

This is a fine nice hotel. As an HHonors Gold Member I was nicely greeted and the whole check-inn process took less than a minute. Hilton Garden Inn is one of my favorite brands in the Hilton family and this one was in par of the other HGI I stayed in. Everything in room worked as expected and it was clean and comfortable. The location - some 10 miles from the airport is very convenient and they run a shuttle to it. Breakfast was excellent.
Room Tip: Ask for rooms that don't face the 70 high-way - they are quitter.response / report this review
