Staff is Great Doctor was down to earth and kind (Dr. Chris Lewis). No money grabbing here, sweet people and a great experience i will be back!

I love these docs! They truly care about my babies and me! They talk about options finance and let me choose instead of being pushy! They also discussed non medication options like oils etc. to use as alternative treatments! Fabulous and super kind and always able to help us in emergencies. They even allow another family member to bring them in when i had to work and called me to discuss what was found and treatment options! A + communication and team player there!

I highly recommend Hillman Veterinary Clinic. Today we took our little precious fur ball Knobby in to be neutered. The staff was very patient, kind and understanding with this very overly doting pet owner. In the past we have had some bad experiences at other veterinary clinic's so I was probably more anxious than my cat. I stayed with Knobby till they called him back and waited through his surgery during of which time I had the opportunity to sit and observe the staff. I watched pet owners come and go, the staff was always friendly, happy and inviting. This was different than what we've experienced at other clinics. We will always bring our pets to Hillman from now on.

Switched over to this vet a few months back and couldn't be happier. Recently one of my best friends, my cat Boots, got very sick and I rushed him there. Dr. Lewis was the vet who was responsible for his care and he was amazing. He has a realistic attitude and you could tell he takes his job incredibly seriously. Boots was there for 4 days and they even let me come visit him! I could tell he was being well taken care of, the vet techs and other staff talked to Boots so sweetly and payed a lot of attention to him. I picked him up today and the lovely vet tech Ryan explained all his after care to me and was comforting and was able to ease my worries. I haven't had a bad experience there yet, and I don't foresee any bad experiences in the future. I love a kind friendly staff, but I also love the no nonsense type Doctors who are kind but firm, and very honest about possible outcomes and how they are going to tackle the issue at hand. I hope I don't have to bring Boots back in for another medical scare, but all my pets will go there for all their general needs and any emergencies.

Dr. Hillman is an excellent veterinarian, he is caring and takes time to explain everything. They are extremely busy so expect to wait 30+ minutes if walking in, it's worth the wait but call ahead and make an appointment if possible.
They will work with you if you can't pay in full, so always take your pet in even if unable to pay.response / report this review -

Been with Dr. Hillman for over 20 yrs. By far the best, caring, professional Clinic we have ever found. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Dr. Chris Lewis is also one of my fav Vet Doc's ever! He will go above and beyond for his pt's. God bless Hillman Clinic. Great SStaff to say the least. Thank you

I can not express how caring and extremely loving they are towards animals. In 2014 our home was flooded. We lost so much. When the insurance adjuster left he unknowingly ran over our cat. I had no idea what to do where to go. My mother directed me to Hillman. Upon inspection they found he would have to have his front legs amputated. Which would have been a huge medical cost for our already devastated family. We were unable to pay and made the decision to have our longoing time friend put to sleep. To our surprise the vet called and offered to help cover the cost of surgery. 2 years later we have recovered with our now 10 year old 3 legged love one.

Took my baby mini pig to Hillman Vet today and we saw Dr. Andy. He was great! He took the time to explain to me how to properly care for my pig. He was very knowledgeable. Also prices were affordable.

Dr Lewis is very caring and takes the time it takes to explain things so I understand it! I am so grateful for him and the techs. My only complaint is that they don't make appointments. I feel like he really cares about my Chacha.

Dr.Andy is the best Veteran in Pensacola. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He loves animals but he also cares about the animal parents. The clinic personal is top notch as well which makes any visit to the clinic a pleasant experience .
