I am highly disappointed in this hotel the room is disgusting and out dated, the carpet in filthy, the walls are filthy every thing is filthy! I always check the blankets and sheets on the bed before anyrhing and guess what? Filthy!!! Hair from the previous guest on the sheets, the sheets are stained its just gross the only reason they got a star is because the price is good other than that🙅👎👎👎👎 also the cable didnt work in my room so when i called the front deak she told "me" to unplug the box and plug it back in

They havent updated on anything. They got old tv that you cant hook up a dvd player or PS4. Carpet looks super old and dirty. The bathroom frame is tagged. The lady at the counter has an attitude. The one and only tiny sofa is dirty and old.

We have stayed here a few times and each time it gets worse so this will be our last time. Our experience was 1. Broken window 2. Mold in the fridge 3. Dirty windows 4. Broken microwave. Overall room dirty. Room is priced compared to others in the area, but you could stay somewhere else in the area and get a lot cleaner room. We did not experience any noise or rude staff. I think you all should have someone come out and check for bugs though.

You get what you pay for but I suggest you look for another place if you want to feel somewhat clean, comfortable and safe. Beds sank in the middle, dirty floors and sheets, old tv and smelly.

This hotel is awful, the rooms are super dirty and smell horrible, the carpet was all torn and dirty the bed very uncomfortable, I do not recommend this place for anything. I paid for two nights but I only stayed for one of how horrible the room was, I really had a very bad experience.

I called and was constantly placed on hold and ignored! If I were any of the Travel sites that advertise this place I would be very ashamed!

Update..i was very surprised when we left at 2 am how quiet is was and no problems at all. Actually considering it's middle of summer..this room is centrally located and very inexpensive. I This place is dirty on the outside We booked on Travelocity. Based on availability. Needed to find a place with air conditioning because our air stopped working in our vehicle and needed to cool down. The air conditioner took a while to get going but thank goodness it got cold in the room. Ice cold! I am so grateful for a cold room until tonight and then we are driving back to Vegas. The lady at the front was nice. Polite. Efficient. Maybe i am just a diva but it worked great in our jam. Walmart is literally right down the street. Some people may like this it works. Nothing fancy. Just a room. We will split in a couple hours.

Never again will i stay at this nasty motel. The first night here our
Bathroom leaked water from the third flood. They movedService was very bad. We were here just over the weekend. As checking out we noticed bugs. I hope there are no bugs in my bags.response / report this review -

South Bay Chula Vista location. Clean, good value, close to trolly and San Diego. Third stay here. Would choose again. Stay here when I visit family in the area. Close to Mexico and beaches. Quiet at night.
