Stay here almost every year. Very quiet place. Not many rooms so it doesn't feel like a big resort. Ocean view from every room and the ocean is just a short walk away.

Loved this place. Older, basic resort but clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Cute units modeled after a yacht stateroom. Two baths, one bedroom but bunks in galley and sleep sofa in living room. Large screened in lanai with incredible Gulf views. Nice pool and beach area. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!!! I just love coming there! The pool is well maintained and the snack bar is one of my favorite spots but nothing can top those bunk beds (love em) the only thing that I would say is since you are renovating the rooms is the game room doesn't look like it has been renovated in a long time so why not wrap up all of the modern look with a awesome, cool, modern game room for the younger guests, that would be a major wow factor to me.

This wonderful place has been in my family for many years. I remember visiting as a young child, and many of my earliest memories are here, and all great ones! It's dated, but sturdy, clean, comfortable, and homey. I hear they are undergoing some great new renovations too, for all you modern lovers out there! You can't go wrong with a mariners boathouse vacation. I look forward to vacationing here at the end of this month, and I also look forward to bringing my children here and making brand new memories with them!

We have stayed here before. The interior is dated but clean. The furniture is new and comfortable. The pool is well maintained and the resort location is good. There are few amenities on site but the one's here are well maintained. It is not a 5 star resort but average.
