3 weeks in a row I went to get tires and did not have them in. The third Saturday I went in (with an appointment) they were closed. I'm never coming back.

Horrible service. Damaged 3 of my wheels when changing tires. 2 and half months later, still nothing has been resolved. I have spoken to the manager multiple times.

Recently moved back into the area and was looking for a competent auto repair and tire shop with reasonable fees. It took a day to receive a special tire in which is not uncommon even in a city. Highlands mounted the tire and performed an oil change in less than 45 minutes. Customer service by the manager was greattoo easy. Will be back with other vehicles. Thanks Highlands!

A little pricey. But good workmanship. Very helpful and informative. Have gone here multiple times for tires on work vehicle. They get tires in about a day if you want something special. Call first because they get pretty busy.

Highland always does well by me. I get in and out quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free tire rotation on their products is nice.

i went in there because they sell used tires so i thought i would save a couple of bucks by doing that way. they had tires that would fit the chevy blazer (thats what said) but then got a call saying that the tires didnt fit so it wasnt no problem. they put the old ones back on and guess what they charge the labor for putting them back on so im standing there wondering why did they charge for something they said that would fit the blazer well got charge to get nothing. this business doesnt know how to do there jobs or know how to put tires on. this place was a total rip off
