This place is a joke. They resell bad used parts. Make sure you ask about labor warranty. They'll deny it for you without asking. They'll also load damaged parts into the back of your car while you're inside paying so you don't catch it until you're home. Never do business with this company. You will get a headache, remember reading this review, and wish you hadn't dealt with them.

I get motor form tham .take it too shop put in motor was no good thay wood not even call me back.. or call me my money back thay say wood give me money back $700 something back ..boss wood not call back keep calling thay will not call me back

I've only been there once so i won't give it five stars but when i went in for an alternator it was reasonably priced and they were able to pull it for me within the 3 hours that i told them i'd make it in after work. I even had to exchange the part because it was something else in my car that wasnt working and they exchanged it with only a $10 restocking fee. I was satisfied and will go there the next time i am in need of a part.

i ordered a mirror for a customers car and asked for silver, i got black. Of course the customer wanted silver because thats the color of the car. I ordered thousands of dollars from these people and told me they do not warranty color. So be aware if you want a color dont buy from triple because they cant get that right and you will have to pay more to have the part painted like i did!

I purchased a door for my 2001 Ford Focus that was hit by my son's car in my driveway. The sales staff at Triple Nickel was very knowledgeable and helpful. They deliverd the door the next day and explained to my husband how to swap the door out. I would definitely do business with them again.
