Contacted them via text regarding a problem that existed for 5 years. Nobody could figure out what was wrong with my car including the dealer, the manufacturer's Field Engineer and multiple independent service stations. I thought I'd have to junk my car but Anthony and Denise worked very hard to figure out the problem and fix it. I don't trust anyone else now to work on my car. Thank you so much Anthony and Denise! The rest of the staff was awesome as well. 😀

I'm from out of town and I struck a deer while traveling here. I saw the reviews and everything was positive so I called them . They got my car in before they even opened . everyone you talk to was super friendly. And the genuinely care about getting you back on the road! They accommodated to me and did everything in there power to get me on the road as fast as possible! Recommend them to anyone and everyone If you need help call Mike's kars!

I was referred by a friend and am so glad I came here this year for my insp. and emission test. I had a pretty serious issue with one of my wheels. Which had went undiagnosed with previous mechanics. They were professional, and even offered to email the mechanics work up of my car. This was by far my best experience with a mechanic. They were thorough, efficient and clear with everything, as well as keeping me updated through the process. I recommend this business to everyone looking to get honesty and reliability from a mechanic

We are from out of state. Found something in our tire and called for an appointment. They were able to get us in right away, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent business establishment!!

I had an unfortunate situation where i was traveling 5+ hours from home and my car broke down in Gettysburg over the weekend. I was not from the area plus i needed to find someone who serviced Audi. Mike's KARs was recommended by a different automotive place that i picked from an internet search. When I went to the office at Mike's KARs, the people there were very nice and professional. They have a nice lounge area to work if needed, and also shuttle service. They took me immediately and knew i was from out of town and did everything possible to get me on my way. The mechanic (Anthony) was extremely knowledgeable about German cars. I needed a new thermostat. Not a simple fix in a German car. Anthony was very straight forward about the process and was determined to get me on my way as soon as possible. Not only did Anthony deliver as promised, he ended up installing the new thermostat in less time than what was quoted to me. The final bill was significantly less than the estimate they first gave me. This is unheard of and has never happened to me before. You hear stories of people who get taken advantage of since they are out of town and end up paying through the nose. Not only is Mike's KARs knowledgeable and professional, they are also very honest. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs services, especially german cars.

I was finishing my vacation in Gettysburg and ready to drive home when my low tire pressure light came on. Fearing a flat, I called Mike's KARS and asked them to take a look at my car which they were willing to do on very short notice. Every employee I encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. Thankfully it was the change in temperature that caused all my tires to be low on air. Mike's quickly diagnosed and solved my problem giving me the confidence to start my 8 1/2 hour drive home. I highly recommend Mike's KARS and greatly appreciate their wonderful service!

I called around to a few local places and Mike's KARS was by far the friendliest and the online reviews were very good. So I took a chance and they did not disappoint. I walked in with a flat tire (and no appointment) and they immediately started working on my tire as I sat in the waiting room. A few minutes later my tire was repaired and they even mounted it on the vehicle for me. The mechanic did a few quick tests and out-the-door I went. Very nicely done. Highly recommend this place.

Found the gem of a business based on good reviews! Denise, Mike, and Kerri in the front office were extremely helpful and they offered a free shuttle into town while I waited for my car to be finished. Fair prices and great customer service. No brainer if your in the area and need service!

I was in Gettysburg on a trip and my vehicle broke down. I searched for a Mechanic close to me and came upon Mike's Kars. I was very pleased with the clean waiting area, the customer service, and the estimate!! This is a great place to get your car repaired if you are in the area. The staff was knowledgeable and took pictures of all the parts that needed to be repaired for me. I highly recommend them!!!!!
