  Wow. I got an out of state title changed to PA and then I got new registration done and the whole thing took, at the most, five minutes. Great service (they got coffee people!) I remember I used to have to go all the way up to Chambersburg to get all of this done- this place is closer and better.
  
  Mitch the owner worked with me the whole time and don't be fooled by the long hair and tatoos, they are PENNDOT reps who can do most anything.

  You either have a great experience with these folks or a terrible 1. My experiences have gone both ways but seem more often on the down side for me. There are some decent folks here but some shady practices do occur. 1 stop shop usually need more than 1 stop.
