I used to have a positive view of this place. I rated it 5 stars. We always go here for our Friday night dinner, but in the past month we have tried going here 4 times, and 3 times they have been closed for a private event. High West- this is unacceptable. As a local I try and support locally run businesses. What you are doing is extremely unprofessional. You used to be a good business, but in the last month you have began to really suck at running a restaurant. I expect better out of you and expect you to clean your act up

Every time we head up to Park City we have to stop in at the High West Distillery and re stock on a bottle of the Midwinter nights Dram wisky, it also gives us an excuse to eat in there fantastic restaurant and have an amazing cocktail while we are at it. We have eaten that several time and have been extremely happy each time, from the Wild Boar Wienerschnitzel to the roasted Elk Chops, there more "tame" Beef and Bison burger is a thing of beauty. The food is all fresh and locally sourced and you can taste it. When there do your self a cocktail, they have created some fantastic drinks to show case their small batch, expertly crafted spirits.

I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I had there trout salad and it was fantastic !!!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes a casual but lively environment. Overall all I would only give it 4 stars because service wise they were a bit slow.

Had a fantastic time the first visit today. The bartender was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. The second trip wasn't nearly as pleasant at the main bar. None of the bartender acknowledged us and we moved to the second bar. Overall great experience and we left with more booze than we care to admit.

Incredible bar & dining room. This place is busy, tried going there a total of 7 times, and actually ate there 4 times. The High West is nothing short of amazing, they have a lot of private events, so it is best to call ahead. Well worth the trip if you are visiting Park City. The menu features an excellent selection of appetizers & main dishes. If you like Bourbon, High West is the mecca! My personal favorite is the Campfire. Our waitress was informative, attentive, and very nice. I highly recommend High West.

This is the reason I came to Park City, to tour the High West Distillery and it was an excellent experience. Starting with lunch and continuing with the tour and tasting, everything was delicious and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. The experience here is top quality!

Great spot for apres ski and/or a casual dinner. Be warned though; everyone else in Park City feels the same way and they will also be there after skiing for drinks and food. Get there early, put your name on the list and go with the flow. The food is delicious and there is way more to drink than spirits (though the cocktails and whiskey are excellent, so don't miss them). Professional service, fun atmosphere and delicious food and drinks make High West an easy favorite in Park City.

One of my favorite places in the US to get a drink. The food is usually pretty good and you can't go wrong with the burger. The prices are about what you'd expect for a quality place in park city. Highly recommended.
