  High Tech Appliance Repair came to my aid when I needed urgent washing machine repair. Nick was competent and quick, and he quickly had my washing machine back up and running.

  Paul came to the house. on time. Professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He explained all of the options that could possibly go wrong with the oven. He explored all of them! He educated me on the how the oven works. The problems could go wrong with it. Then gave an interesting lecture on keeping our appliances in the household running efficiently. At no extra cost. He was very very informative. I said he should be on YouTube. I highly recommend him. He is a former nurse, which is an added , kudos. He is an honest man.

  Nick has been very helpful and professional. Even though my refrigerator issue was not fixed, but he spent time to troubleshoot. He explained thoroughly what could have been the problem. I recommend this business.

  This appears to be a scam. When you think your talking to Paul it's actually someone else. When asked to talk to Paul they say he is on vacation. Service technicians were nice but not competit, did nothing that I already did and didn't perform test in the same manner as it is used, with clothes. Didnt even use the diagnostic mode.

  Had a leaking washing machine. Danila was able to come out the same day. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. Fixed the leak and took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem. I'd definitely use the company again.
