  Hands down, they are the best! I have been seeing Dr Sturm for many years and the addition of Martha to her practice has been absolutely fantastic! They help me to stay looking like me, just an enhanced, younger, more "glowy" version of me. Martha is extremely knowledgeable on the anatomy of the face, facial symmetry and proportions for facial balancing and stays extremely current on the latest and greatest in products, procedures and techniques. She really does her due diligence on new products and methods of injecting to ensure that the right technique is chosen for you and your face. She really works with you to design a plan around your desired outcome. She is up-front and honest about potential limitations of particular procedures and offers solutions for other treatments that will get you closer to your desired aesthetic. She has great bedside manner and is extremely personable and approachable. That is rather rare in the business of aesthetics as most places just try to push product and procedures even if they aren't right for the patient or not needed at the time. All the staff members are so kind and welcoming and I always know I am in good hands, regardless of who I see when I come in. I have had various treatments over the years here without ever having a compliant.I cannot say enough good things about this practice and Dr. Sturm, Martha and the entire staff.
