Just for the record …. I removed my post because our lawyer, who was hired because of your nonsense business practices, recommended I do so since you, Ms. Lepler, said you wouldn’t deliver/install my father’s headstone unless I did……when it had finally arrived…..18 months after ordering and paying for it. By the way, our lawyer ALSO recommended replacing the post after the installation. I believe his exact words were, “she certainly earned the negative review”. Given the current business rating, I see things haven’t changed. Customer beware!!!

Avoid this place, they are AWFUL!!! First, when we met with the now co owner of the business, she commented on how happy she was that we weren’t “ falling apart and crying like most families “, which I found highly unprofessional! My mom wrote a check to monument advisors for nearly $7k, for the headstone, setting the headstone, and urns. They promptly cashed the check, and it was nearly 2.5 years before we received the headstone. The headstone was dropped off at the funeral home’s building, and they did not notify my family that it was there. They claimed that setting the headstone wasn’t paid for, which it was. The headstone also didn’t have the urns that were paid for. My family ended up paying someone else to set the headstone, because we obviously didn’t want to give monument advisors anymore money. During the entire nearly 2.5 years of waiting, my family contacted them frequently, and monument advisors had all of the excuses. AVOID THIS BUSINESS !!!

A picture is worth a thousand words or more. This was over 16 months of planning and waiting. It was up less than 90 days. No responsibility whatsoever from the company for the improper and lack luster “professional installation”.

By far the worst experience as a customer I've ever been involved with. Prepaid for a monument in August 2020 that didn't get delivered until July 2022. Phone calls and emails asking for an update over that almost two-year period were never returned. Not one. Confirmed with their supplier (Rock of Ages) that they delivered our completed monument to them back in August of 2021. Ended up contacting the Nebraska Attorney General's office for help.
In an industry that should overdeliver on kindness and compassion, this business operates in a callus, uncaring manner lacking even basic customer service, and uses business practices that are borderline criminal. Cannot advise people strongly enough to stay away from this business.response / report this review -

They took a full payment and gave us no headstone in return and my baby brother has been dead for two years. Two years and no headstone but they have his blood money in their pockets. And they do not care. If you scroll and read their replies to other people’s reviews they are clearly very rude and let’s be honest just shady in general, lots of lies to get signatures on documents. Doors locked whilst open sign is up. Terrible spelling just overall completely unprofessional
