Rob was able to simultaneously sell me a new luxury penthouse property w multiple offers in a day securing my offer while selling a property I had on the water in a day well over asking price after seamlessly showcasing it onto MLS!   It was a looooong road finding the perfect home, but Rob made it as easy as can be! The market is tough, there were many disappointments, but Rob patiently and enthusiastically traveled all over three counties with me looking at houses until I found the perfect one. He was always available at any time to answer questions, was very knowledgeable not only on the market, but the loans processes, and was always helpful in identifying any faults with the homes as we walked through them. Kudos to his entire team who also made the process a breeze, always professional, and willing to answer my incessant questioning. Rob is the best real estate agent I’ve work with and would highly recommend him!!

  Rob is super capable and was very helpful in answering all of my questions! In this crazy market it was nice to have someone and their team to depend on. I’d also like to thank Katie his assistant, she was incredibly detail oriented and very responsive! Great people to work with!
