Great selection, possibly the best in northern Michigan. Very knowledgeable staff, all enthusiasts. I think some customers expect a bunch of ass-kissing sales people who will bend over backwards to land a sale at any cost but this is not your place if you're such a customer. Expect honest, no B.S. answers, top-notch service and look out for the deals on the clearance racks before I get to them. My choice bike store I the L.P.

We moved to Cheboygan from Washington and looked for a bike service shop. This is what we found. We paid over $425 to have our 2 bikes serviced. When we got them home the front tire on my husband's bike was flat, his brakes were out on backwards and upside-down, his chain was coming off and the gears rubbed. My bike was in better shape with only the back brakes off centered and a missing valve stem top. We since discovered a local bike mechanic that seems to know what he's doing and he's 4 blocks from our house. Wish we would have researched more carefully!

Just had a tune-up done there and my bike is riding as good as new! Reasonable prices, friendly service, and quality work. Can't ask for much more than that.

We purchased a defective bike at the shop. There were problems with the gears on the trainer in the store before we even left. Been back six times in person to resolve the issue. They were rude and unprofessional. Joe, the owner actually hung up on us on the telephone twice! Despite paying CASH in the tune of $1,600 in this store and driving back and forth over 600 miles in an attempt to resolve the issue we have a bike that does not shift properly have been treated horribly by this shop who REFUSES TO REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND THEIR PRODUCT!!!!

Doing a circle tour of Lake Michigan, clockwise out of Chicago, I broke down in Levering, on a Sat. night. The next day I got a ride to the shop and they fixed me up. Nice honest people in a racer shop atmosphere. People I felt right away I could trust. Thanks guys.
