Watch out for Ranger Rick. That's not his name but we called him something that rhymes with it. He's got a pretty bad attitude if you happen to be camping next door to him and you're still up after 10 p.m. He doesn't like hearing people talking next to him. Otherwise great Park!

Very nice park! Camping, beach, picnic tables, putt putt golf course, beach volleyball! Clean bath house! Vending machines. Could use a concessions stand where you could get something to eat or drink; plus rent golf clubs and balls instead of having to bring your own. Had a great time!

It's a really nice place, but the attendants are strict about closing at 8 even though the sign says 10. There is duck poo all over the sand it is literally everywhere, & floating in the water. It would be nice to see it cleaned up a little, I understand it's a natural habitat for the geese and duck; however, if it's decided that it will be open to the public I think you should attempt to keep it a little clean. The geese also bother people constantly whether they taunt them or not they take food from babies & hiss at people walking by on some days, not always. Other than this it is amazing.

We have been visiting "beach" areas lately for a fun way to cool off. And out of all the ones we have been to this summer High Falls is by far the nicest. The beach was clean. The water was clean and clear not your typical dirty lake water. The bathrooms were clean. They had shady and sunny spots to lay your towels on. A playground close by, a putt putt coarse. We didn't try the putt putt out but probably will next time. And the scenery on the drive there can't be beat. Every where you turn in this park you will be looking at God's beautiful handiwork. I highly recommend. $2 parking for all day.

Great place to camp! The best campground in the upstate. Clean bath house, some sites close to the water, very quite. Most campgrounds you're to close to your nieghbor but not here. Lots of space and trees between sites. The park is nice too! Lots to do sandy beach, volleyball, baseball field, putt putt, fishing pier and docks.

Awesome place!! It gets crowded, so get there early. Beach is clean, water is clean. Great places to relax and have a picnic, or bathe in the sun. There is also a "no boat" section in the water, that goes out pretty far. You can relax in a float without being worried about being hit! Great place!

Just spent a wonderful weekend at High Falls. This was our first trip to the park , and we spent the weekend. The bath house was very clean and nice. The park employees were are helpful and friendly. We will use them again, when we go up for Clemson games.

My son and I tent camped at High Falls County Park and had an excellent time. It was our first time to the park and we found the park to be very peaceful and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful in making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Being on the lake, the park has so many great views and amenities that we took advantage of but our favorite had to be the Putt Putt golf course. So many great memories were made on this trip, already looking forward to the next visit!

For $2 parking you can play all day! This is by far my most favorite park to enjoy lake Keowee! Well maintained and staffed with good people, this park is safe and offers many amenities. Our lake beach is beautiful! We buy a season parking pass every year. Thank you for a lovely place to enjoy the lake!

I live about 10 min away from this little jewel in the woods! This place is beautiful! The people who work there are nice and Really work hard to keep it clean. I am definitely planning on coming here often!

This is our favorite place to camp. The first time we came, the first thing we noticed was how clean the campsites were. After each campsite is vacated, the park rangers clean the fire rings and sites. The bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen at a campground. We love the amenities: multiple swimming areas, putt putt, camp store, etc. They have camp hosts in each section of the campground to help take care of things.
