Most affordable near Sea World, and Clean, the only downfall is the water pressure from toilet sucks, won’t flush all the way, place is old and so is the furniture. I also seen that they had cameras around the premises and parking so that’s good. And at the end of the day you get what you paid for so they get three stars.

I found this hotel on Priceline for a great cost! I booked for a week and check-in was at 1pm that day. Room was ready and cleaned. The process was straight forward with no issues. The room was very nice, clean, good house keeping service, pretty quiet, hot tub and pool was clean opened until 10pm. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with everything working. I haven't seen any bugs which is a plus for me. Good location to SeaWorld and downtown area. I would recommend to anyway who wants a good place to stay for the cost. No breakfast but plenty of places in the area.

Messed up our booking and gave us 1 bed for 4 people. They did the same to another couple but they were able to give them 2 beds. This place is worse than a motel 6, worst bed I’ve ever slept tried to sleep in, I didn’t know pillows could be so lumpy, ended up throwing the blankets on the floor and sleeping there instead. Also didn’t have a microwave to heat the baby’s bottle. All furniture, walls, etc is damaged. Go anywhere else.

So the carpet had a mold smell that and my white socks were black from walking around. I will say everything worked in the room so that was nice. However the hot tub was broken. The staff forgot they rented us the room so at 10:30 pm security opened our door without knocking. I had the door latch closed so he ordered to have us open the door for for him. Then the front desk said something to him and he had some bs excuse about a bubble in the bathroom ceiling and he thought the room was empty. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night.

I wish there was a Zero Stars. I stayed there on the first day of my vacation because the other place I was staying didn't have availability on this night. It was a big mistake. They charge a deposit although the room has tons of significant damage, even a big hole in the ground in the shower. The toilet didn't work, beds were dirty and sunk in making it impossible to sleep. The carpets were so filthy they left your feet totally black. It was hands down the worst place I've ever stayed at. The dresser drawers were even completely broken. It was just terrible and to make it worse they said that the GM of heritage Inn would call or email me and he never did. Again don't stay here! Pay the extra i30.00 to stay a halfway decent place. I just hope we don't have bed bugs on us from this place.
