I recently purchased a new 2017 Rx350. Tracy Zhao was the sale consultant that helped me with the new RX350. She was showing me all of the technologies and new features in the new Lexus RX350 2017. The transaction went pretty smooth. Tracy was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Tracy to other. She is the best sales consultant.

Marc Vigor was the sales consultant that helped me with buying my second "pre-owned" Lexus. He was outstanding both times! He has excellent attention to detail and was very accommodating with follow-up and helping me learn about the new technology in the 2015 Lexus GS 350 that I bought. I am very happy with Lexus of Sharon sales and the service department and I especially enjoyed working with Marc. I highly recommend this dealership.

Oh Lexus, you've done it again! :) Sam Pellows was my sales person and let me say, he's FABULOUS. Every detail handled, timetables, fair price, no waiting and back and forth. Follow up timely and extremely accountable. Dealership is beautiful and comfortable to be in while you're waiting on anything. From the persons who greet you to the finance as you're walking out - everyone was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Bravo.

We had a terrific experience here with Jamal (our salesperson) He was very calm, collected and very well versed in model differences! We came for a specific car that was unfortunately already gone. However, Jamal found a very similar vehicle on the lot - we test drove it and loved it. We took a day to think about it and came to the conclusion that we were very happy with the vehicle and the way the staff of this dealership present themselves. We purchased our first Lexus. I was so impressed with this dealership, I plan to give them the first shot at earning my business when I need to replace my other vehicle! (BTW: I came here thanks to a very good 'word of mouth' review from a family friend. I am glad I did)

Sales consultant, Sam Pellows was very helpful, congenial, well informed, efficient. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable walking me through the features of my new RX35.
Also received a call from technician specialist, Brian López who offered his assistance with any questions. I just mat do that after I attempt to self-educate with all the vehicle has to offer. The experience has been nothing short of perfection. Thank you!

We purchased a RX from Tommy Rizzitano, Jr and I cannot say enough about him. We very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly and not pushy. He helped us understand about the car and negotiated a good deal. When we picked up the vehicle, he was so helpful in setting up the programming and reviewing a few of the highlights of the car. He indicated that I should return or have tech come to our home to review the car and all its perks. Tommy is a top notch sales rep and Herb Chambers in very lucky to have him, I rate his entire performance 200%, dealerships need more of Tommy.

Tracy was exceptionally helpful with my desire to test and choose between two Audi vehicles in Herb Chambers inventory. During the drive she was engaging, full of energy,, professional and offered expert opinion regarding my need. She provided valuable information about pricing, purchase options, vehicle condition and never once made the atmosphere pressure filled. Every sales staff should have a Tracy.

I did my first lease on an IS 300 at this lexus dealer last week. The sales consultant Emile Salem was super nice and showed me all the features in the IS. The process was quick and easy from negotiation to finance. The finance part with Devin T. only took around 15 minutes to complete and I was on my way out. Overall, Emile, Niko, and Devin were great to work with when leasing/buying a car at this dealer. I'd recommend friends and family to this dealership.

I and my husband leased a Lexus car last month with Herb Chamber, this is our second time leasing/buying a car here in Sharon. We were lucky to meet sales guy Spencer Lackey, who is such a nice and patient person dealing with our non-fluent spoken English, gave us so much help on making us understand what we should know. The dealership showroom was very nice, with a nice waiting area which included a snack bar. The Lexus cars on display were beautiful and the whole experience was very positive. The best part was the people though. From the first receptionist I met through all the sales people and managers, everyone was professional and friendly. I was particularly impressed with my salesman, Spencer Lackey, who went the extra mile to help put together the deal I was looking for.

He truly cares about the customer and doesn't just want to sell you anything to make a commission. I would recommend anyone I know to go and talk to Rene he will definitely take good care of you. My salesman Rene was very helpful and patient. I highly recommend him. The finance guy tried to sell us various kinds of warranty and insurance product, but we didn't want to buy any. He was then visibly agitated, which made our experience end with a slight bad taste in the mouth. Overall, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. They would not haggle over price, but they agreed to fix a few cosmetic issues and they honored their promise. I would go back again next time I shop for a car and I will definitely go back to my salesman, Rene. He is such a nice guy and he makes me feel very comfortable. Love him!
