  Great experience!! Car shopping with my 19 yr old who is very independent and wanted to make the purchase on her own. Herman was great as sales and Chris was amazing in finance She had no credit and they made it happen (she did have a substantial amount to put down as she had no credit). She picked up her car on Labor Day. Thanks guys for all your hard work to pull it together As a salesperson myself i would definitely recommend them!!

  After bringing my car in for recall-related service (airbags), I was on my way home when the car died. Thinking it was an issue related to the service I was literally driving home from, I called Balise. They promptly sent a driver AND a technician to me where the car was parked. It turned out to be a completely unrelated issue which had coincidentally occurred on the way home from the dealer. The tech was beyond gracious, got the car running with a temporary fix, and then signed over the loaner he was driving to me so that he could take my car back to the dealership to fix the new problem. Now, the really mind-blowing part: after all of this, I did not have to pay for this "service call," which turned out not to be their fault at all! So even though my car is making more visits than I'd like, I am extremely happy with Balise's service department.

  This place is a rip off car dealership. Here what had happened when I first purchased this car they told me I get 4 times oil changes for free for every 6 thousand miles. Today is the 3rd times I brought my car in for the 3rd oil change but, my car went over an extra 1050 miles instead of 6000 now 7050 miles so they have to back up my car miles for this oil change but, I would lose my last oil change. supposedly I got 4 times free but, now became only 3 times free. Rip off business !! This will be my last time buying Subaru car. Now they save 1 oil change from me but, lose a customer forever. Wow that is a smart business.

  Sales experience was fine but the day after I purchased my outback I noticed that I was charged 252 dollars more on the purchase price than we agreed upon (I missed it when I was signing the paperwork). I actually had to go back two days after to sign something they missed and mentioned it to the gentlemen I signed all the paperwork with. I asked if they still had the sheet the salesman presented to me and he said that all the paperwork had been submitted to the bank and he didn't have it. I was skeptical but didn't have time to press the issue. I actually saw my salesman on the way out and the asked him if he remembered the agreed upon price and he agreed with me. Maybe it was an honest mistake and I'm really not torn up about the 252 after spending almost 19000 on the car but it's more the principal of it. This is exactly why people don't trust car dealers and I won't be taking my business here again.

  Okay so I'm trying to finance a car and the workers there are trying so hard for me to get a car, I couldn't be happier with the service they have been providing me for the past 2 days, excellent service and great customer interactions. They also are very informative about each car they show you, I'm very pleased with this dealership and I haven't even gotten a car yet
