Excellent selection of quality cars. Great website to pre-shop.David Pair quickly brought selected vehicle to the front for test drive and then brought another. No haggle pricing so you are handed the keys and the car to assess. The no haggle pricing is reasonable. Service dept. has good rep and extended warranty is comprehensive. Relaxed environment and finance people ,if needed ,are experienced and friendly.

Very great experience at Bourne's Auto with Trey Hubbard! Great guy with a great personality and awesome knowledge on the product. The dealership was very active and diligent on fulfilling our needs for a new vehicle. Trey kept us updated every step of the way with everything! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle! Ask for Trey, he's the best in case you can't tell!

I just bought my second car from Trey at Bourne’s and highly recommend it! Not only do they have beautiful cars at really fair prices, but when we walked in the door more than a year after purchasing our first car, Trey immediately recognized us! It was a wonderful surprise, and we were so happy to work with him again. He makes it fun and easy, and is just all-around awesome to be around. I could not possibly recommend working with him more. I just hope to see him next time we need a car!

What a great experience! I initially reached out for information on one vehicle, but was told it was on hold. Amy asked what I was looking for, payment type, etc. and sent me back a list of options. After going over them with her, I scheduled an appointment with Scott to take a test drive. My wife and I came in and Scott met us at the door. After test driving a few vehicles, we decided on one and were able to leave with it that day. Scott and team were able to complete the paperwork, financing, and detailing of the car all within a few short hours. We can't say enough about how easy it was! There was no pressure; what a great experience and we'll definitely be back for our next car!

I would 100% recommend Bourne’s Auto Center to anyone looking to buy a used car. Jose and Matt were absolutely fantastic. They made my purchasing process fast and easy. They were very friendly and professional making sure I was happy with everything from the car to the financing. Would purchase from here again. Thank you guys for everything!

I had such a fantastic experience at this dealer! The woman I worked with, Kim, was amazing! I never felt pressured, or uncomfortable talking about the price with her. She made the trade-in process quick and easy, while continuing to answer my questions and concerns. The woman at the front desk was very sweet, and the man who helped me sign the paperwork answered all of my questions in a clear manor, taking time to explain things so I knew exactly what we were discussing. I was recommended to this dealer through a friend, and I will send my family and friends here, too! 10/10 and A+! Thanks Kim!

Read through a lot of the reviews before heading in to Bourne's and I found my experience to be similar to most others. I worked with Kenny and John who made the whole process of buying the Jeep easy. No pressure to buy and not much negotiation or hassle since the staff are salaried and the prices already seem fair. Asking price was well under market value according to kbb. The only negative about the experience was Bourne's website trade-in estimator valued my car at $3,300-$3,600 whereas what was initially offered was $1,500. We settled on $2,000. I'm not much for shopping around and haggling, so it all worked out and I was happy to be done with car shopping. They do not allow you to take your car on a mechanic check on Saturdays, but any other day of the week be sure to have a trusted professional take a peek before you buy. The car I purchased was given a clean bill of health, and the mechanic mentioned he has purchased cars from Bourne's before and has never had a problem. I'd recommend you check out Bourne's for your next used car.

I like that this dealership offers no nonsense pricing. It is what it is, and generally very fair. David Pair was a terrific salesperson, easy to deal with, and very accommodating. I had some concerns, he made sure they were addressed and taken care of. Sue P helped me the day David was out, she was also very nice and great to work with. Chris in the body shop and Mike C of service have also been great, very straightforward, easy to work with, very trusting. I appreciate the experience throughout Bourne's Auto!

I had a great experience at Bourne's Auto Center. There was zero pressure from sales people, yet they were there for you in an instant if you needed them. My salesperson was Sue, who was nothing short of tremendous. She was extremely patient with me, as I wanted to look at multiple vehicles. I was able to test drive them all, without being rushed at all. After deciding upon which vehicle I wanted to purchase, Sue got everything done very quickly, as my insurance company was closing soon. I was able to drive off that day with my new vehicle after Sue was able to get it washed and cleaned up and get the plates on. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I purchased or my experience at Bourne's, and would highly recommend them (and Sue) to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Scott Santos was a fantastic salesperson. Our experience purchasing a car from him and Bourne was one of the best I've ever had. He was very accommodating to all the cars that we wanted to test drive. He made our decision making easy.
Matt Cygielnik made the financing and paperwork very stress free. It was quick and friendly.

I purchased my Fiat 500 from Kim and she made it so incredibly easy. There was never any pressure and the few things I did ask for were done perfectly. Our family has purchased 4 cars from Bourne's and will continue to do so in the future. In fact my boyfriend's sister went in 1 week later and came home with a new little something herself.

I just bought a car here today. Trey worked with me to help find the car I wanted. He kept in touch and stayed up to date with me during the weeks I was shopping but he never pressured me to buy. He was very helpful and I recommend anyone to go see him if you're looking for a car. Carlos in finance was amazing also. I was worried I wouldn't get approved or that I would have a crazy interest rate but somehow he made everything work for me and I'm super appreciative. I bought the car and left with the car in the same day which was awesome. Nice place & better employees

I had a great experience working with Trey and the team at Bourne's. I would highly recommend looking at this dealer if you are in the market for a new or used car. They don't haggle prices, so you know right away if you are really interested in the car or not from its listed price. I found a Ford Fusion at a great price with Trey's help. He was friendly, helpful, and knew all the answers to any question I had for. I would highly recommend asking for Trey if you are interested in buying

Excellent dealership from start to finish. We found the car we wanted online and drove almost 2 hours because it was such a great deal! The customer service is impeccable, cars are in beautiful condition and the finance guy was awesome!!! We went to buy this vehicle for my 19 year old daughter, her first real car, and it couldn't have gone any better! I will definitely be back and referring anyone on the market to Bourne. Thanks so much!!!!
