Good folks who I have now bought 2 Toyota’s from. They are respectful of your time and intelligence about the car shopping process. Salesman Corey Walker was very helpful, polite, and knows his stuff about Toyota’s! Sales Manager Steven Coffman(?) was easy to negotiate with and made my deal without the usual pretense of trying to convince me that I got a fantastic deal. Very straightforward, polite, and personable. Also have had 6 service visits on my previous purchase, an Avalon, and was always treated with courtesy and respect. Very satisfied with purchases, and recommend heartily.

Two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I did not get the free car wash as promised. I had an appointment 8:45 .I arrived at 8:43. Told them I was waiting in the lobby. At 10:45 I went to the service desk to ask about my car. Oh! It is done, parked over in that lot to the east of the driveway. No apologyno explanation as to why 2 hours. here is your receipt. when asked if it was washed, the response was I sure hope so it was not washed and I certainly was not waiting another hour for a car wash. I need to find a new place to get my service done.

Work done in a timely manner. Both Brian and Vladimir very polite and friendly. No complaints.
Much more ‘user friendly’ than 2 previous experiences. I believe Hendricks has restructured customer service to be more customer oriented and I thank you for that! I give this visit 5 stars!

Hendrick Toyota of Apex was a great place to purchase a vehicle, but more specifically- Sofia Pitts was a blessing to work with. Her attention to detail and organization should be noticed by management as she made the process of buying a vehicle flow from each point as simple and easy for each employee to step in and work with my needs. I showed up right at the opening Sunday hours knowing exactly what I was after- Sofia was first in line and I could not be happier with my experience of buying my first pick up truck- sight unseen. She made my experience and I will continue to tell others in the area of the great service received from Sofia and the Hendrick team. Thanks again!

Our sales rep, Jeff, at the dealership was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and knowledgeable in helping me and my grandmother.

My complaint comes with the process of everything. We picked a car out, Jeff talked to the man behind the glass doors after pulling my credit, and I was told "this is the kind of car we can get you in, this is what you have to choose from." Okay, we chose a car, they came back with the numbers if I put "xx.xx" amount down, this is what your payments will be. Okay, great!

They ran my credit report and Jeff was told that I had two car loans open in my name. But I didn't. Thankfully my husband looked over the credit report and pointed out the mistake in assumption of the two car loan situation - because that was going to be a no-go in getting another loan. Once they figured out they made a mistake, we moved forward.

I went in there with the amount of money down that I could do. I went in explaining my credit situation, I told them "if you can help me, great. If you can't, let me know so I'm not here all day." I was assured that I could get in that car "today." We started signing paperwork at the desk. He sent the car off to be detailed. Then someone else came out of the office and said "Unfortunately, we can't do anything today, because the banks have closed for the day."

What? The fiance manager specifically said "this is the kind of car we can get you in." I picked that car, we had papers I had signed. What do you mean you have to further talk to the bank?

I wasted five hours of my time there, to be jerked around and leave with no car. The cherry on the cake was when I called this morning and was told "Sorry, there's nothing we can do."

So why did you tell me that everything was okay and that it could be done?! Why waste my time and get my hopes up?

YMMV - as with any dealership. But Steven Griffin and DJ Hall were good. At first, it was the usual horse and pony show as with any dealership. But these guys got to business quickly. Helped close a fair deal. Both had a lot of patience and seemed to care. Will consider them for my next car.

Needed 45k service and state inspection. Set up appointment online easily. Advisor quickly got us in, offered a few car wash and delivered the car in 1-1/2 hours while we waited. This was quicker than expected since I had set up appt. to leave car but then broke my kneecap realizing this, I got the car back quicker than needed.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hendricks Toyota of Apex. John Winston, was our sales associate and helped us find exactly the car we wanted. The whole team was very cooperative. I had done research on line regarding the price of the car, you can get an overall view of the price range, but because of the options, it is impossible to exactly compare. Overall Hendricks offers a very competitive price range. John made sure about everything and we are very pleased with his assistance. Will recommend this dealer and our sales associate.

Amazing service center! My Service person was Robert M. who was professional and personable the entire time. I didn't feel any pressure to have any unnecessary work done like some other dealerships practice. The free car wash with every service is the icing on the cake. I think they have gained a lifetime customer!

They had a good selection of vehicles, went at night just to look and left with a car. I noticed after purchase that my vehicle had minor body repair to the back end. I paid top dollar for the vehicle because i thought it was in great condition, i'm disappointed but I know better for next time. The sales staff could be a bit more friendly, they seemed very short. When I mentioned the body damage to George Savier he told me it wasn't his problem.

That deal straight up by placing best price on each car, and we found a genuinely good deal. And who can refuse that lifetime warranty on the powertrain and transmission?!?!
Also, we worked with Garrett. Very polite man!

I have had mixed experiences here, both very unsatisfactory and absolutely perfect. Fortunately, this past visit was perfect. Thanks Alex Stokes and service techs. Time frame predicted while I waited was accurate; I was told my dash could be replaced by a recall (it was ordered and I will be called when it arrives); found my coolant was borderline and provided cost (I declined); found my power steering was in more serious need of a flush, I accepted and they were accurate with an additional 30 minute wait; reported to me which tires will need replacing down the road; and Alex's communications were clear and accurate. I never expect a perfect visit, there are just too many variables in life. So it's really nice when it happens. Thanks.

Recently I purchased a new car & my sales consultant Jessica Drown, was fantastic! Buying a car is certainly a process and buying a car with Jessica facilitating the process made for a very warm and welcoming experience. I would go so far to say that this was one of the VERY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES I've ever had and I've certainly had my fair share of new vehicles.

Jessica is very genuine & being around her for just a few moments it's very easy to see. She was way more concerned with my needs instead of trying to push a sale. Jessica spent the time to listen to my needs and overextended herself when I was struggling between multiple vehicles. Her product knowledge and passion for Toyota made for a very smooth transition.

Hendrick Toyota is a very welcoming dealership as well. Jessica took me on a full tour of the service, parts, & showroom introducing me to the team there who are all very nice as well. The dealership is very clean, inviting, & I even noticed a couple in the waiting room with their small dog. I'd give the dealership & Jessica 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work. You've earned a new customer for life! Thank you!

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT??????? I used to have a HIGH opinion of the service department. The past three times I have taken my vehicle in for service I have been very disappointed. I have made the decision not to go back. The first of the three was for a rotation and balance. I threw a weight just after leaving and took it back. They supposedly looked at it and said everything was good. After a day of driving I could tell that my tires were still somewhat out of balance. I called back and left a message for the service adviser and never received a return phone call. I then took my vehicle to a local tire and auto shop just down the road and they fixed it for free. The second time, I had an oil change in which I brought my own oil. The bill had oil listed and the service adviser couldn't tell me for sure that they used my oil until he called the service tech. The same day, I needed a shuttle and was told it would be 3 to 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I had to call someone to pick me up. The last straw was about two weeks ago. I scheduled an appointment and took the truck in around lunch for a rear brake job. I told them that I needed it back by 5 so that I could pick up my children. I was assured that they would make it work. When I arrived at 5:15 they still had not started on the truck. I was asked to leave it with them overnight. This was very disappointing to me. I was offered a loner for the night but would have had to transfer my car seats to the loner vehicle. This would have been a huge inconvenience as I was now late to pick up my kids. The Service Manager even offered to do the job at cost but by that point I was done. I called the local shop again and they scheduled me in and did the job for about $60 less. What has happened here????? This Service Department used to be great! The quality of service has dropped off the radar..PLEASE FIX IT!
