If you want to feel comfortable purchasing your vehicle avoid Marshall at all cost. He got extremely upset and let it be know I wasted his time and that he wasn't going to make money simply because I was hesitant / wanted to push back my sale until the next day they were open. The sales manager was extremely helpful in trying to smooth things out, but not once did Marshall apologize. I would recommend Jonathan Davis, he was easy to work with and understanding. He was at no point pushy or over bearing.

Absolutely nothing but great things to say about Cory and everyone else at Hickory Honda. Not only did they give me the best deal of any Honda dealer in the area, the delivered the vehicle to my house, did all paperwork, and took my trade back with them. Will definitely consider them in the future!

Caleb Roberts was great. Friendly and not pushy. Worked with me. I had to change appointment dates and times. My credit took a big hit relocating here. They worked with it. With great turn out.

I've been in many dealerships over the last few years and this is my favorite thus far. The staff is super friendly and eager to help make your car buying experience enjoyable. It's easy to feel overwhelmed when deciding what car is best for you but I feel as if they give honest feedback and don't just try to put you in anything. I would definitely recommend!

Very nice salesman, but typical. He tried some of the typical tactics. They tried to convince me to drive the vehicle home - of course they would expect you to buy it then. I was really thinking about going back until the sales manager came back out and said if you want to take the car for a couple of days you better go ahead a do it because there's another couple here that want to look at it. And he added I'm not trying to pressure you. I was done with them after that comment.

We just bought a new Civic. The experience was fantastic. This was my son's first new car he was buying on his own. Mark Buchanan and Cory Shaw helped him every step of the way. They were very patient and understood the nervousness my son was going through as a first time buyer. Cory took the time to explain every option my son was interested in and worked hard to give him exactly the car he was looking for right down to the tiniest detail. If you are looking for a Honda this is the only place to go. I've been to other dealerships. Trust me it's much better in Hickory.

Seriously? Letting someone drive off the lot before the financing office clears the deal, let them keep the vehicle for a week and then tell them it wasn't approved?! Wow. Don't buy from here folks. Unless you absolutely are sure that you will be approved, don't do it. A waste of my time. And yet they came so highly recommended from everyone. Sad.

I love these guys. I called J.R. and worked out a deal (and financing) by phone and text message on 2 cars (Odyssey and Ridgeline). When I showed up, the cars were waiting, Jeremy & Patrick had all the numbers ready, and I had saved thousands of dollars. This is a dealership that knows how customers want to be treated. No wonder these folks sell so many cars.

We purchased a new Honda Pilot from Bob Scanlon today. Bob was well organized, very professional and answered all of our questions along the way. Bob was patient and worked with us for a few weeks until we found the exact car we wanted. Our financing experience was also easy and stress-free. Vince in the finance dept. explained everything we needed to know and did not pressure us to buy unnecessary add-ons. Thank you Hickory Honda :)

Garrett Shore was great in assisting me. I went in for regular servicing but had some issues I wanted to discuss. He resolved them.
Also I wanted to mention Jim, the chauffeur guy! He is very nice & it is great to know that I have another option other than sitting in waiting room for hour/hours while my car is being serviced/repaired. Thank you!response / report this review
