first being able to get tickets online is awesome!! the fact that the theater is out to itself and not in a mall is major in my opinion!! not having to deal with mall traffic is well worth going to simpsonville! getting through the concession line is fast and the staff are crazy excited to serve you and very helpful!! using your iphone to ck in is lightening fast and the theater is always clean and the stadium seating is beyond comfy! i guess you could sayI REALLY ENJOY THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE!!

How do you rate this? Value? I'm paying $13 to watch a movie and almost need financial aid for popcorn and a drink. The concession cost is insane. $19 for Imax + concessions. Jesus, man. Is it because Jim Carrey commands a fortune? Special effects guys have high salaries? What is it? Sure, the place is clean, I can pay in advance online and the drink had ice in it. But damn "In my day" We paid $4.25 for a movie, there were special effects in it and we were all happy. Based on concession prices, I'd give it a zero stars.

Fantastic, very clean, always friendly staff and you'll rarely wait in line. I definitely recommend it if you have to pick from any local theater. Popcorn is good as always, the added extra is that there are butter machines for you to layer it up yourself as you'd like. Now the real positive here is that they serve alcohol, so every 3D or average movie just became much funnier and entertaining. It may only be beer and wine, but it's better than none! Make sure you become a crown club member for added free extras.

The restrooms were not conveniently located and the concession stands were so crowded that I opted to not get any, and we were there early. The great thing was the IMAX theatre itself. The sound and visual experience was amazing. I did not enjoy being monitored by several police officers, and it was crowded for Star Wars The Last Jedi opening night which should have been expected. The seats were about medium comfortability, but I wish they reclined rather than just rocked slightly. I give the overall experience about a C.

Went here on opening night of The Last Jedi. Although the crowd was huge, they handled the situation in an orderly manner. I felt safe. (Stormtroopers were everywhere). Parking was plentiful. Atmosphere was great. Good seating. 3D needed recalibration after initial 5 minutes of previews, it was great after that.

Love this theater. The assigned seating offering for select showings is nice, too. Don't have to wait in line for hours on opening night!

Nice theater. Has beer available for adults. I really like this option. Reminds me of Europe. Also, the only Imax theater available in our area.

I prefer this movie theater in Greenville. It is out of the way, so it is far less crowded than other theaters. It has a lot of screens, some in 3-D. Therefore, they have plenty of showtimes for whatever the current release might be. The ticket booth is outside (when will they realize that ticket booths should be inside!?) The concession stand usually has at least four lines open, if not more. So, there isn't a lot of waiting. The concessions are normal: overpriced popcorn and candy. They have stadium seating in all theaters with flip-up armrests. The bathrooms are large and handle the after-movie rush well.

Friendly people. Clean. Very comfortable seating. Seats are high enough to prevent blocking the screen from people in front of you. IMAX theater is awesome! You can even drink beer and wine in the theater. How crazy is that?

I loved it because of the memory's you make in there those you make with your family 👪 the movie are like memories you make. The movie are grate and I loved 💘 it there is movie that come out. You never know what adventures you'll take right the minute you walk in that hall and you have that screen💻 out in your face😃 and the movie🎥 is like if you are in another place your in this adventures that you don't want to get out of you want to stay there until Until you see every amazing thing in that place🌇. It has this thing that only that person can feel when you appreciate what those people do to inspire you that why you should go to Regal Cinemas from Simpsonville

I think of myself as an avid movie goer. It's typical for my fiance and myself to go to the movies twice a month. I'm pleased with this Regal cinema relative to the other movie theaters in the area. This location has been clean each time I've gone, they offer buy one get one free ticket (for AT&T Customers) and reduced popcorn/drink on Tuesdays. I actually prefer this location over the theater on Woodruff.

I can't tell you how many movies I've seen at this theater. Easy to get to, and its easy to get a good seat. Good selection of snacks and drinks, at standard of course. They even have a snazy little kiosk inside where you can skip the line and buy a ticket yourself. It's a nice little cinema.

I been to this theatre tons of times, had no issues. I just wish the 3D movies were a lot better quality. When the 3D movie intro comes on, the intro is very neat and feels like it's coming towards you, but then when the movie starts, that's it, barely any 3D action after that, feels like your watching a regular movie just with glasses. I have seen 3D movies at other events before, where you feel like the action is your face, like your in the middle of the movie, exciting!! Great experience. Great theater just don't feel like they are up to par when it comes to 3D quality movies

Lost a phone. Couldn't find it. Staff was unable to provide any information. Was told I needed to search for it quickly. After coming BACK in to the theatre, the guy taking tickets decides to have an attitude and tell me that all of his employees are honest and good people and would "never" steal a phone. He told me that the theatre was DEFINITELY cleaned out after we left and upon observation it surely was NOT cleaned. Called the very same night after I got home and nothing. Called TWICE in the morning and nothing also. After sending someone to the theatre in person they all of a sudden had it. That tells me that I was either lied to, or someone didn't even bother to clean the place until well after we left, the following afternoon in fact. The hiring process at that place must be incredibly simple considering the staff.
