This place is Decrepit. It is clean however and the staff extremely nice and helpful. Everything about the building and amenities need serious work.

This is a nice place. It's clean and new. I stay in a lot of motels throughout the region, and all staff members here are exceptionally personable and attentive. It's also very affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Greenwood.
