I have to say, while I was stressed, everyone I came in contact with made the process of leasing my first car enjoyable. I am so thankful to have known someone who was able to help me along the way. I truly believe it made my decision easier and I have to say, that phone call I received telling me the car was mine, totally changed my life. My car is beautiful and finally I feel safe, you have no idea! I am overall super pleased with the customer service at this facility, every time I get in my car it's like a breathe of fresh air and I am so happy I did this. Thank you again!!
Bought a car from them two weeks ago and Bob is great I was taken care of. They really wanted to help me get the car I wanted. Will come back do my next car!
Called and set up a test drive with Sherry. Asked her to call me in case they sold it since I was coming from an hour and a half away. She said "no problem we'll hold it for you". Drove all the way there to find they sold it 2 hours before we got there. Never got a call or message from them. Her only answer was "sorry someone was supposed to call you but are there any other cars I can show you?". No morals! Just cares about making a sale! Didn't care that I drove an hour and a half there and an hour and a half back for nothing!
We worked with a nice salesman, but had an overall lack of customer experience from managerial level. Sold us a vehicle with a 8inch scratch in it, never taking us around the vehicle to inspect. (Should've known better, but it was my first buying experience.) Stated they would take care of it and repaint. Their "fix" turned into a paint job that had bumps and divots in the paint. Was told they would be in touch to fix it the right way & never called. That was over 2 months ago. Thanks for the lies, crappy paint job on my new vehicle and overall horrible experience Heiser.
Interested in a used truck. Went on line to schedule a test drive. Made appointment for 3:30pm with sales person. Arived at 3:30 only to find out sales person is in a meeting. Waited over 15 minutes before another sales person came over. Showed him the email message from the sales person. He went in back to get the keys. Could not find them. So he asked me to walk with him around the building to look for the truck. We did not find it. Said maybe it was moved to the Milwaukee location and he would have the sales person contact me. I wasted over one and a half hours of my time. Two days later received an email about the same truck asking if I was still interested. I am very frustrated with the sales personal and do not recommend buying a vehicle from them.
This place is hands down TERRIBLE!! Don't get preapproved through your own bank before going in to buy a car!! They don't want to work with you!! I spent 5 hours at this hole, getting run around in circles, just for the general manager Rick who is a little Dick!! Very unprofessional!! He is cocky, and rude!! They didn't want the sale, so I got a better deal at Holiday GM in Fond du Lac!! More for trade, and inventory is cheaper!! Save your money!!
I normally don't write reviews but felt this time I needed to. Worst experience ever I inquired about a vehicle from their website. I was told that it had a rebate on it from their online sales manager. I tried to negotiate the price on it and was later told by the new car sales manager that it in fact was not a rebate from the manufacturer but it was a discount. He later said, in the same email mind you, that it was a rebate!! He also changed all the numbers of the rebate on how much the rebate was and changed the dealer stock number of the vehicle I was interested in! When I confronted him on it, he never responded and now the window of the rebate is expired. He also stated in his email that there was some communication errors from the online sales manager and that he was there to clear things up but only made it worse and then never responded. Seems very shady to me and just bad for business! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!
Recently I purchased a 2014 Buick Lacrosse from Heiser Cadillac of West Bend WI. Its the best car I have ever owned. I worked with Cesar Nunez and he was fantastic to work with. He is very friendly, funny and knows a lot about the vehicles he sells. The dealership is very clean and modern and the management is great to work with. Don't hesitate to contact Cesar for your vehicle needs. You won't be disappointed!
I originally went there for an oil change. I walked out of there being told my battery needed to be replaced, my head gasket needed to be replaced, (because it started smoking when they started my car to bring it out to me) a couple of seals needing to be replaced because they were leaking oil. My check engine light was on (which I knew about) and I was told that would just be $89.99 to diagnose. I myself nor my husband, have ever had issues with the head gasket smoking, the car overheating or seeing any oil on the ground from where it is parked because of leaking. Not to mention the battery has never caused us any issues either. So, I took my car to get a second opinion. (From where I bought it) Low and behold, my head gasket is fine, as is the battery. (Which I didn't even say I was told 'needed' to be replaced) there are a couple small cracks in the seals, and I was told at this dealership it would be $29.95 to diagnose the check engine light. I knew going in that my front brakes needed to be replaced but am confused as to why your dealership would charge me $375.95 and another dealership would charge me $310.00. Also, why would it cost me $89.99 to diagnose a check engine light by you, but only $29.95 elsewhere. I am so frustrated by the fact that I was told I needed all this work when that is not the case at all. Getting a second opinion saved me just under $1500if not more. I was going here because it was more convenient then going to where I had purchased my vehicle from. But, now I can say I will not be going back, I will tell people about my experience, and would not recommend anyone to go there.
I don't write many review but I have had the worst experience with this dealership in general over the past few years. I'm normally a very easy customer but this place makes me feel like a complainer. I bought a "Certified Used". Vehicle at Heiser 3 years ago. It took 8 hours to complete the sale. My salesman would leave to "talk to his manager" for long periods of time, I believe, to wear me down. After the sale was complete I noticed my vehicle didn't have floor mats and I was told that they would deliver them to me. It took at least 20 frustrating phone calls and 6 months to finally receive them. I asked if they would shampoo my carpets for my trouble since I had no floormats and road salt from winter slush was caked into them. I was declined. I also noticed the tire change kit was missing and had the same experience trying to get that. When I finally received my kit from the dealership I was disappointed to see it was covered in rust. I noticed it had a sticker from b&m auto salvage( a junk yard). Both of these items were checked off on my certified used checklist which proves to me the program is bunk and they don't actually check anything.
About a year ago they were running a special on new silverados. It seemed like a really good deal and I was contemplating upgrading. I asked a sales woman what I could get for my truck on a trade in. She fumbled around on the computer for a while and couldn't figure out how to use Kelly blue book. Then she told me to just look it up on my phone. I told her I'd rather get a solid number from them before deciding if I'd like to upgrade. She said I should just look it up myself. Haha. Anyway, I went back outside and found one I liked and asked to test drive it. She asked for my license and when she came back with the keys she told me "my manager said since we're so busy to not waste my time with a test drive, unless you are definitely going to buy a car today." My wife and I were so shocked by this we just decided to walk away.
The service department has been just as bad. At 50,000 miles on my Silverado I was told I needed my transfer case fluid replaced. I looked in the owners manual and it said 100,000 miles and 50,000 for only severe duty vehicles like taxies or mining vehicles etc. I brought this up to the service manager and he said Wisconsin is severe duty because it gets cold. Come on!
My truck at 50,000 miles used two quarts of oil between oil changes and they said that that is in range and won't do anything about it. I replaced the spark plugs myself a few months ago and noticed the #7 plug was oil fouled and cracked. For a truck with lower miles that's not normal so I looked it up. Chevy has a service bulletin out on that Year truck stating excess oil is dumped into the #7 cylinder causing oil consumption and fouling of that spark plug. To remedy the problem they install a different valve cover that moves the location of the pcv. When I brought my truck in and showed them the old spark plugs, I was told they didn't have a misfire in that cylinder so they wouldn't do the warranty and tried charging me $90 for the diagnoses. Arguing with the service manager got me nowhere and now my truck is out of warranty without the repair having been done.
I have given this dealership more chances than they deserved to keep my business. The final straw, I believe, was the service incident. I can live with being treated like crap but why would I buy your product if you won't back it and stand behind me when it has a known issue. Go elsewhere! There are greener pastures when it comes to car buying and service. My wife and I have had a wonderful experience at Russ Darrow and Holiday in the past.
I just purchased a used car from this location. Traveled 2 hours for the vehicle. We had "Taz" as a salesperson, Collin half way involved in financing.,. enough to tell us "couldn't beat my credit union", and "a lady" still don't know her name as the last person to sign papers with. I thought our entire experience was VERY mediocre. I would definitely NOT recommend this place as a referral. We didn't even receive a THANK YOU from not one of these people involved. Usually during a purchase of a vehicle people fanagical price, options etc. During OUR process not once did I ask for a lower price or less money down etcBut when I asked to top of the gas that was already at over half of tank I was treated as if I asked for the car to be free (even if it isn't regular procedure on used cars) an exception for people traveling out of town would have been the "RIGHT" thing to do. I feel this place lacks enthusiasm for the buyer. I will NEVER return. We know several friends and family that drive Corvettes and Cadillacs your loss..It's obvious this location prefers selling big tickets items and they treat you as such.
I normally, don't write reviews like this but my experience was so bad that I have to. I drove to this dealership to see a car I was going to purchase. Drove there two times ( 4hours of driving since I live over an hour away) then the third time I was about to get into the car to put an offer on it and I was told that I couldn't because the car was about to be sold so I had to put an offer in on it or it would be gone. Naturally, thinking it was a hoax I called the next day and talked to a different sales person. The car was never even looked at or sold. No wonder, why they have a lot of bad reviews on here. Wouldn't recommend working with Cesar or his boss.
Called dealership and setup an appointment to look at a used diesel truck. Driving 2.5 hours on hopes of purchasing a truck that day resulted in absolutely the the biggest waste of my time ever. Pulled up and went with salesman to find a hold left on it from the night before. Now at this point I am pissed. Salesman went to check out and sales manager come out with him not talking to me telling him he did it and walked away. At this point I have nothing else to do but leave. On way home get a call from dealer offering a gas card that I never did receive. Very frustrating!
