Crooks and thieves, this is my second RV with this company, my first camper was great, when I decided to trade for another newer one, this is how I was treated, what a joke the Salesman Tony is, sold me a camper that needed, warranty work, I signed all the papers, hooked up ready to go, then i see the blemish, the whole front cap needed to be replaced, I ask Tony, why didn't you tell me it needed repair before I drove 300 miles to trade, he told me, well I was going to tell you! I said, I signed all the papers, drove 300 miles to have a camper that needed work, Well I volunteer as a Military Veteran, and now I have to schedule my time which cost me a lot of headaches. This is company and the owner Bev and her brother, very unprofessional people.

We've been "window shopping" for about a yr at Liberty RV, and every time we went we were greeted but never nagged to buy now!! Travis was who we started out with and I simply can't say enough GOOD about him. We brought my dream fifth wheel home today!! 2018 Columbus and the service & care they took to make sure things were exactly what was right & what I wanted was fantastic!! Thank you to the whole team from the GM Sean, Travis & all the rest who made it possible! Can't wait to start making some GREAT MEMORIES!!

I'm a RV Transporter and I had a issue with a trailer I was taking to Yuma Arizona. I stopped by Liberty RV hoping that I might get someone to help me out. I was greated by Shawn Wiegers the General Manager.

I have never in my life been treated so well by any business or its employees. Shawn had a plan on how to get me back up and rolling so I could make my delivery. It was like watching a fine tuned machine. The guys all went above and beyond to help me.

Within a hour I was back on the road. I can't say enough about Shawn and his team, class act for sure. If you need a new RV or just need service on yours, I would suggest you go to Liberty RV.

Shawn I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the awesome work your doing there.

We just purchased a travel trailer June 23rd 2017 and all I can say is Wow! I've been to three different RV dealerships and by far this one is top notch. Bruce was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. We also worked with Shawn the GM he was awesome! He was efficient and you can tell he enjoyed his job. I will be referring my friends and family to Liberty RV!!

We bought a Wolf Pup from here in June of 2017. Bruce was our sales person, we traveled from Topeka and made three trips total to decide what we wanted . Bruce was very responsive through the entire process and took great care of us. As with any major purchase, we had concerns and issues, those isssues were swiftly resolved when brought to his attention. Highly recommend!

Came in dropped my popup off just bought from a individual. The brakes where not working correctly they are going to fix it for me price is a little high but there very detailed and told me what was wrong and said they fix and make it safe and thats what counts with my kids and wife in the tow vehicle. I recommend service side!!!!! Hopefully in a couple years we will know the sales side when we graduate and move to the wolf pup!!!!!

The best shopping and buying experience in my life! I've never encountered any business that took care of after the sale like I had with Liberty RV. I will take all of my RV and RV supply business to them for now on. Preston went so far and beyond expectations that I registered in Google just so I could give them this review. nice night quite take care owner good people's lives and love the that live here are nice people here owner nicely working people think truck Driver ez life lady that say home Are nice to you mean people who walk around nice to you sometime in the parking be nice to them I say hi to them if I see them out to be a next storage space for the past I not get out to much to talk to them thay are good people's lives and not say to much to you keep to there self most of the time a lot of them are merry so some of them not talking about you are talk to you sometime thay do but I not bug them say to my self it's better than talk to any bubby in here I wait in tell thay talk to me.

What an incredible experience! We purchased a 2017 Keystone Bullet Premier 30RIPR from Liberty RV and it was one positive after another. Not only did they bring in a model from their Indiana location (even though they had one on the lot) but threw in several needed accessories to boot. Our salesman David was very professional and communicated very well over a several day period of our negotiations. When we arrived with our trade in they took care of everything to transfer to the new trailer. The service department did an outstanding job on having our new camper ready to go and Steven, gave us a very detailed walk through. They even went the extra mile to make a minor adjustment to a sliding cutting board in the outside kitchen that was only an 1/8th out of square. To complete the sale the General Manager, Shawn the finance guru made the process smooth and simple in completing all of the paperwork, got us a fantastic rate and gave us a wonderful deal. We can not say enough about this great dealership and professional staff. We read all the other reviews both good and not so good and can not understand why in the world anyone would give these folks a bad review. In our book, this is the place to go for ALL of your RV and RV service needs. Thanks to all the folks at Liberty RV for making us feel at home and part of the family. Wish we could give you 10 stars!
