We always enjoy our evenings at Heirloom for dinner. The food is delicious, so wonderfully prepared and presented by their fantastic chefs Chris and Tim, then we are completely spoiled by their servers, Nikki and Renee. and we love being greeted by our sweet hostess Cassidy. It Is always such an incredible experience, as everyone always makes us feel so very special. I only wish they would promote their very special place by advertising in the local newspapers, including the Clinton Herald and on the radio, so everyone can be aware of this great source of culinary cuisine, right in their own backyard!!

I'm not sure if the management has changed but with their new sit down concept, increase in prices and hit and miss foods I am not impressed. We have been there 3 times in the evening time on Friday's and two of the times we were the only two in the place. Being open from 11a to 3p certainly misses many people who actually work during the week. I'm sure it has decreased drive by business as well. The shop portion of it has the same hours. If this is a place to attract tourists?they've missed the boat. Sad such a nice place has poor management decision making.

Such a Scenic Fall drive to a Delightful Dining Experience. A great choice of Delicious Food & Scrumptious Desserts being served by Such a pleasant Staff. Worth the Trip. One of the worst places I've ever been to. The food was awful and when I asked to speak to a manager about my bill she was on vacation with her business closing in a week? Ridiculous. Not only that but bread pudding not being available and fresh desserts no longer being made? Horrible. Will never come back

I used to love heirloom cafe but they are trying to change it to a "sit down restaurant". They are hardly ever open and the way they have it set up now is just idiotic. You used to come in and order what you wanted,go get your drink, and sit down. Now you have to wait to be seated they sprinkle little green crap on your food and you cant pick your own chips or get your own fountain pop. I also want to be able to leave when I am done eating not have to wait to pay. It will be a long time before I ever go back.
