So we found a vehicle we wanted, started dealing with TWO sales managers, sent in the trade in evaluation, photos, even set a date with them to come get the new vehicle. Since we live 350 miles away, we couldn't just hop over and do the deal right then. We were hoping to get the majority of the work done by phone and e-mail. Everything was going good, got the approval to take time off from work, was so excited to get it and then we get an e-mail saying that the vehicle had just been sold. REALLY!?! SOLD IT!?! So I guess it's who can sign the fastest. On the upside, I'm guess I'm glad we didn't drive 8 hours only to have them tell us the vehicle had been sold a week ago.

Updated review (Sept):
We went back to buy another vehicle and worked with Susan again. She was excellent, 5 stars, she had the vehicle info pulled when we arrived and was very happy to see us again. We also worked with Chris, again, on the financing. He was great this time, 4.5 stars, he listened, answered our questions and the transaction was smooth.
(Aug) Our salesperson, Susan was excellent, 5 stars, she was very helpful and fun to work with. She spent time with us showing the car and it's features and worked with us on the price. The finance person, Chris, 1 star, was frustrating, not helpful, changed the terms of our agreement without asking us first, ran our credit 4 times, and when we called back with questions, still didn't give us the information we needed. I highly recommend that no one step a foot into the door of this establishment! Rude from day one. Would not hardly budge from asking price. Put words in my mouth done by the salesman John Beckett saying I just wanted $500 off the price which was actually the deposit they wanted from me to hold it so I could drive clear across the state to pick it up! Lied to on phone and told the truck I was seeking to purchase was NOT an as is vehicle have proof on phone messages but when I got to dealership they had me sign the truck as is! I have copies of false advertisement on the transmission which broke down 14 days after having it! Air Conditioning does not work Would not speak with me at all on how to resolve these issues. They avoided all left phone messagesContacted BBB filed complaint will not respond to them either. I let them know I wasn't impressed with the lift kit and the nice tires and rims because I purchased this truck for pulling power which it does not have like the advertisement states! Beware! those of you that had a good experience with this dealership you're the luck ones!

Ended up buying 2 vehicles at Brad Deery Motors on the same day. Showed up to buy my wife a new Jeep Cherokee and ended up buying myself a slightly used F150. Salesman Jason Anderson was great to work with as was the rest of the staff. Great selection of vehicles and great prices as well. No high pressure sales!! Highly recommended.

We have worked with Jason Anderson twice now, purchasing two different vehicles from him. On both occasions, and the reason we stick with him, is because of the stellar customer service that he offers. Brad Deery Motors offers great pricing on their vehicles, but Jason is a big reason we keep coming back. On our most recent purchase, Jason drove the vehicle we were interested in over to us because he knows how extremely busy we are with our businesses. This was such a load off our plate to receive that level of service- and we ended up purchasing the vehicle from him. Sales people can tend to miss the fact that relationship building and offering great customer service is a higher priority than just making the sale- it's what keeps your customers coming back. We appreciate all that Jason has done for us in the purchase of our vehicles and will be back again soon. We highly recommend him!

I went there to look at 2 vehicles I had seen on their website. I wasn't there very long before a salesman came out to help me which was nice. He knew where the vehicles I was interested in were and told me about them. I also told him I was also interested in a particular vehicle that they currently didn't have right now but I told him I would keep an eye on their website in case they get one in. Also told him if they get one in to call me but he didn't think it would be likely. I see them all the time at dealerships in bigger cities so I was hoping that he would say he would look for one and let me know. It seemed like a nice dealership with good, knowledgeable salespeople. I haven't purchased a vehicle here yet but I will consider them as I keep looking.

Best car buying experience we've ever had. Cars we were interested in were ready for us to see. Price was right. Staff quickly processed the sale. Salesman demonstrated the basic features of the new car.

From start to finish everyone was great to work with. Made us feel right at home. Answered any question we had and tried to make sure we knew everything there was able to Van we were buying before making a final decision. We drove 150 mile to shop there and would do it all over again! Best experience buying a car yet! Would like to thank everyone that did help us! Oh and I found the Van online at there site, called and made sure they still had it, and they had it pulled infront of the main office ready for us to look at and test drive! We had a terrific experience at Brad Deery motors They went above and beyond to make sure we were totally pleased with our new vehicle, and explained options we didn't understand.
