What a place and the staff is amazing! We were made to feel at home immediately. A family business that made the experience as good as a team could. Mike the owner was incredible and never tried to over sell and made sure we got what we wanted and not anything other than that. Abby helped customize our pray card and they were amazing at help with urns! Mike’s team even took time to follow up a month after just to see how we were and if they could help with anything. At an incredibly hard time in life when you need loving and caring family to support you… Mike and his entire team were just that to us and we will never forget how they made us feel!!

Mike and his team were so compassionate during my time of need when my husband passed away recently. They are very understanding and are truly the best. They answered my questions promptly and I felt they really listened to me. I appreciated the communication during this time and everyone worked so well together. Someone was always available and never had to leave a voice message. I am very impressed with everyone at Heflebower Funeral. I will continue to recommend them. Hands down the best group of people to work with.

Jessica and Mike from Heflebower Funeral Home provided wonderful services to my wife Ellie and I when our son Zach passed away recently. They thoughtfully explained everything that needed to be done, including options for us to consider. Mike and Jessica were always available when we called with questions or requests. They did a great job taking care of everything for us. They followed up to check on our wellbeing which I really appreciated.

I am forever grateful for Heflebower funeral home. They were a God sent. After my miscarriage we worked closely with both Mike and Abby. Mike ordered us a beautiful heart urn for the baby’s ashes. Abby kept in contact with us everyday until we were able to pick up the remains. They made us feel so cared about during such a horrible time in our lives. The only fee we had to pay for was for the urn. Such an amazing place and an amazing group of people. Thank you all so much again.

I never thought I would have to create a review for my dad's final time here on earth but here we are. I do want to start off by saying Mike was extremely professional and showed just the right amount of sympathy. He and his team are compassionate and very knowledgeable about the next steps that need to be taken. It is a really hard time when you find yourself having to say goodbye to a loved one, but Heflebower Funeral and Cremation services made that last goodbye as painless as they could. Thank you Mike and team for what you did for my dad, I will always be grateful.
