I recently moved into the Tower on States Apartments and I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The building itself is beautiful, with modern and sleek design that is also functional and convenient. The apartment units are spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of storage space and high-quality appliances.

One thing that stands out to me about Tower on States is the level of service provided by the management and maintenance teams. Any issues or concerns I have had have been addressed quickly and efficiently, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The location of the building is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby. Despite being located in a busy area, the building itself is quiet and peaceful.

Terrible apartment and the WORST management! Maintenance takes forever. Been living without heating for two months in winter Wisconsin. DON'T EVER expect the staff here to respond to your calls or emails or work orders. Nobody cares about your experience. So welcome to the Towers if you would like to pay a high rent to be ignored.

The staff are nice. I feel comfortable and safe in this environment. There have been no problems with my room and it is adequate so no complaints. My neighbors have complained about having no A/C and they haven’t done anything to fix it which is concerning.
