The only reason I have two stars is because the show room was awesome with all the expensive cars I’m paying for to look at, Other than that I was disappointed. Took my vehicle in for the two front windows to get tinted that I actually didn’t want but somehow got it with my new car. Anyways took it in dirty just drove an hr to get there and was looking forward to seeing my new window tint that cost $800 and my washed shiny new car … oh wait I got my new car back dirty, not washed and unable to wash it or roll down the windows for 3 to 5 days… thanks guys.

THIS REVIEW IS BASED SOLELY ON CUSTOMER SERVICEUnfortunately, I never got to the stage of being able to review their work. Stopped in and talked to Josh and he was great! Knowledgeable and nice. I told him what I was looking to do and he said he would put a package together. There was some sort of problem with the email because I never received it. After a few failed attempts, I started calling. Was always told they would call me back but that didn't happen. I had to keep calling. Finally got to the point where they could get my vehicle in the shop. Was told I would get a call back to order parts and that didn't happen either. As a customer, we want to feel valued. I don't want to feel like I have to chase down service from a business I'm choosing to patronize. Again, I'm sure they do awesome work but it hasn't happened for me.
