Everyone that works for Heckart’s is very helpful and make sure that all of your needs and questions are answered. They go above and beyond to make sure you are not rushed into a quick decision. They really try to make you feel like family. I would recommend they to anyone in their time of need.

Donna, Chris, and the whole crew are extremely helpful during difficult times. They have helped with the death of my mother, grandmother, aunt, and my cousin in the last couple years. They will help you with everything from insurance, to the service, to where to send the flowers after the funeral, and everything in between. Would highly recommend.

Now that it’s been over a month, I’ve had the chance to look back and reflect on the events our family experienced with the loss of our father, and I am reminded of the phenomenal job you all did in helping our family. You all are beyond suited with helping people during these difficult times. Not only are you highly organized, but you held everything in a very dignified manner, which kept our family at ease. Your professionalism is beyond measure. We know, without a doubt, Mom and Dad would have been very pleased. Thank you for all you do!

In an unfortunate time of need the staff at Heckart Funeral Home was absolutely amazing. My mother unexpectedly passed away. Upon going in to speak with Jeff he was extremely helpful and not pushing us towards things we did not believe my mother would want. We also worked with Donna she did the same. They kept in touch via calling and text. We chose to have a Memorial service in their facility. The gentleman in charge of it was very helpful. He set everything up the way we asked. Very nice facility with plenty of space. Overall, my family was very pleased with the service we received from the wonderful staff. They made it a little easier to go through a very difficult time.

From the first call to following up on us after the service, Donna and team were exceptional at Heckart! During such a difficult time, they were more than accommodating to anything we needed and allowed us the ability to showcase our loved one as we wished, even if it was way outside of the typical service. She guided us on the process, the expectations, and knew exactly what we needed and who to contact to assist. I would highly recommend Heckart Funeral Home for your loved ones!
