On top of the tremendous grief that comes with losing a father, handling the final arrangements can be a tremendous weight. We knew Dad was in end stage COPD and Congestive Heart Failure, but you can never be prepared to lose a parent. The night Dad passed, hospice called Storke Funeral Home to come and pick his body up. Being from a small town, we knew the two young men personally who came to the house to get him. Antwan and Luis were both very professional and compassionate to our family and we knew Dad was in good hands. We met with Danny and Kip and worked with Katherine to finalize the cremation. The special touches they put on the flyers and memory book they created for us was beautiful and a testament to who our Dad was. We can honestly say that Storke Funeral Home employs such compassionate and caring staff members who truly care and are there for you thru the entire process. No words can express our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, those we worked with in person and those that worked behind the scenes.

We are eternally grateful for the selfless accommodations they provided our family.

We wish we could have given these folks a hundred stars for their help. We lost our Mom, and my Dad lost the love of his life and best friend of 74 years. The special touches these folks provided were above and beyond anything we have ever had hoped for. The special touches they created from flyers, poster, memory book, and thank you notes were astounding. They even took pictures of the flowers and made sure we had the little cards telling us who had sent them. They walked us through the whole process with a gentle mannerism being attentive to every point we wanted included in her service and burial. They answered all our questions we had after we met with them in a quick manner. They took the reins in a time when there was so much pain and confusion in our minds. They treated Mom with the greatest respect. You can tell this group cares about everyone that comes through their doors. We would like to thank the staff both those we saw and met and those that worked behind the scenes in preparation and on the day of the funeral. We returned to the gravesite after the funeral later in the day and the flowers were placed gently onto the site. I would highly recommend these folks for your time of sadness. Thank you again.

Exceptional service, going above and beyond our expectations! The KG Storke team are compassionate, considerate, kind, flexible and so helpful! All the services provided were outstanding, helping in big and small matters and at an extremely reasonable cost. I highly recommend them. Wonderful folks!

It's always hard when you are on this side of collecting your emotions and making plans that seem so immediate. David Storke and his team made this effortless for our family and solved issues before we knew there was one. The staff at Storke Funeral Home are so caring and strive hard for perfection as was so evident with the materials presented and the beautiful service. I cannot thank them enough for carrying us through.

While I have not had personal dealings with the Storke Funeral Home, I recently discovered their business created a "Tomb of the Forgotten" for the deceased that were never claimed by family, providing a resting place and a headstone for the cremated remains of those that passed. It is of great relief and appreciation to know that those who could not be properly buried will still get a resting place where friends and relatives can visit and remember them. Thank you Mr. Storke for having compassion while running a business. Your efforts do not go unappreciated.
