I recently bought a car from Heartland Chevrolet and would give five stars. First off I did what I had never done before. I bought a 2018 Equinox because I thought it was exactly what I needed but after a couple of days I realized a wanted a vehicle with a third seat. I called our sales guy, John Brown and he said we want you to get what you want so let’s figure it out, I wanted a white Traverse but Heartland didn’t have one. John searched for days but with no luck. We ended up trading the Equinox for a black 2018 Traverse. Heartland worked with us and I think we got a good deal! Their process for actually signing all the papers when you buy is top notch!!! It doesn’t take 30 minutes to get all the paperwork done! I had been searching for some time for a vehicle and found one that interested me at Heartland. The day before I purchased from Heartland, I was at a dealership much closer to me with a truck I liked - we were talked down to and treated poorly so we left. The next morning I called Heartland and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Fair price, honest communication, great assessment of our trade and every person we dealt with was a pleasure to a speak with.
I drove almost an hour, and would do it again. Since our purchase they have continued to communicate with me and have gone beyond my expectations.

Wonderful experience! Our salesman, John Brown was excellent. He was patient and assured that our needs were met before we left the lot. He didn’t try and force anything on us. We were there a little past closing time and he didn’t rush us along. He took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Trey was awesome as well. He took the time to explain things and did not pressure us at all. Excellent experience and top notch customer service!!!!!
My wife and I originally viewed this vehicle online and requested additional information. We were pleasantly sent an email from Lillian with contact info and a sales contact. Scheduled a visit with Joe Wallis and he had the vehicle ready when I arrived. Was able to assist me in all my questions and presented everything in a non-pushy fashion. After a few calls we were able to come to terms on the deal and left very happy with the whole experience. Live 3.5 hours away from the dealer, found the car we liked on the website. Called and worked out price over the phone. They had us in and out in about an hour, with a full tank of gas in our new jeep. Would buy again.
