Very rude old lady at the front desk and the Dr was no better We was the only black people in the office so I'm thinking that was the problem.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Janet has been taking care of me for a few years now and I am very pleased. I got my new hearing devices today and she made sure I knew everything and set up my app on the phone as well so that I knew how it works.

Though the audiologist was very nice, the hearing aid was made wrong. It should have been dipped down and is hitting a pressure point on my mother’s ear. Visible sore - bump on 91yo mother’S EAR. WHEN WE WENT BACK FOR HER TO FIX DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD SHE JUST shaved it down a bit, but according to a second opinion from another audiologist it should be sent to the factory to fix. There should be a gap between, a small one of course, between ear and hearing aid, as the other ear has, but this one is visibly hitting the pressure point. That is the correct way to do things, but this didn’t happen with us during the warranty period.

I made several appointments and when I got there they were ready for me. I thought this doesn't happen much and being disabled I know all about a Dr offices. The people were top notch and got me in and out.
