Really really neat place. A must-see see if you're a tourist in Macon. I'm constantly surprised that people who have lived in Macon for so long and never been.

This place is pretty cool! You get to see a lot of unique architectural features, cutting edge period technology and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The house is still being restored so not all of the rooms are available to see.

Lovely tour of southern history. Enjoyed hearing about the families that lived there. It was a little warm, but you must expect that in GA in August.

What a fascinating Home. I recommend an early Spring of late Fall visit since there is no air conditioning. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of our curiosities. The history goes beyond a single generation of the Hay's Family. A must see if you are anywhere near Macon Ga.

I love coming here. Just to your and walk around. I have had some weird things happen though. I was the last coming out of one of the top bedrooms and I heard a door short behind me but there wasn't a door. But I love this house .
