First one to come in and a man saw me, I thought he was going to come help me but he just walked right passed me to the vehicle that had a pretty girl in a low cut tank top in the front seat. Then another man went straight for her. 2 men filling her tires it was pretty clear why they passed by me and went to her. Then one was especially rude when I asked for help and said I’d pulled up first and didn’t understand why she was helped, he just told me to get back in my car and wait I will NEVER do business there again or my husband who works on vehicles for his military buddies and could’ve brought A LOT of business to them, but the incredibly unprofessional, rude, and honestly just sleazy encounter I had with the employees ruined that for Take 5. All I needed was 2 tires filled.. I’m also going to share my encounter around Kings Bay Naval Base if anyone asks about them. I wish I could give 0 stars since they didn’t even service me.

They reinstalled skid plate using just a few bolts. It blew down on the road and got chewed up. Brand new car. They replaced it but cost me gas and time. They don't even supply employees with an air wrench. Just a hand rachet.

Every time I come here the staff is so nice, friendly, and cheerful. I've never been there longer than 15 minutes and they always are sure to check my filters for me (and show them to me) and inform me on which liquids they topped off in my car too. Oh, you also get a free soda, water, or other drinks while you're waiting :)

The stated Price is Scam. Originally stated as $18.99 and i was to charged $100 for synthetic oil.How i didnt pull out when he said price was 89.99 i dont know.
The only good thing is that never go there for hiked oil change at a ridiculous price

Customers beware charged $130 for oil change and an air filter. Even for synthetic oil a total rip off. Not disclosed upfront charges told to stay in car no prices displayed until sticker shocked over price. They also used old looking canisters to poor oil in. No telling if it was the oil I supposedly paid for. Do not come here!

Very misleading. Don't believe them about needing a air filter replaced or windshield wipers. They told me my air filter needed replaced and showed me a filter that was Not From My Car.
