Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable staff. Staff is very friendly and always smiling (Julie) and the cute blonde. Dr. Hauser is very thorough, and is a great doctor. 5 stars all around.

The staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Hauser is kind and compassionate. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. I had a wonderful experience, and would recommend to anyone.

When you are in the office, they are great. Then it all goes down hill. Telling me I would get a $200 rebate if I bought certain contacts and then when I didn't get it just giving an "oh well". Refusing to fix my son's glass until I pushed them to, yes they were still under warranty. The last straw for me was when they told me if we bought our contacts through them we could order for the next two years. When I went to order more contacts they said no. It was explained that the laws had changed since I bought my contacts. I asked if anyone had informed the patients of the policy change. I was told no one had told the patients. When I asked why, I was told it was common sense. They are extremely unprofessional.

I had my last eye exam there was was very pleased with the clarity of my prescription. The frame selection is great and was affordable even without the use of insurance. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a thorough eye examination as well as a great looking pair of frames.

I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor's office. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They accepted my new eye insurance, which was VSP. The doctor was very thorough and checked the health of my eyes and also helped me to read better with a new prescription for glasses. I loved their frame styles! They had all different price ranges so I could find something affordable but will still very current. It was a super nice place and I would recommend it to all my friends.
